We stayed at this property for four nights. The location is perfect to enjoy Boyne City, the city of Charlevoix and Lake Charlevoix. The owner is quick to get back to you if you have questions. It was perfect for four couples. The beds were comfortable and there was everything you need in the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay. If you are thinking of renting I highly recommend this property.

Lovely home

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. Great location with a gorgeous view. They property manager and a wonderful neighbor did everything they could when an issue with the refrigerator came up. We would definitely stay here again.

Weve been going to Lake Charlevois for 8 years snd this place absolutely delivers. Huge deck, comfy beds, great bathrooms, pots, pans, grill, and plenty of space for everyone. Do yourself a favor and book it now.

Nice house in a great area. The primary bedroom had a strong smoke smell. There is not central air, so some of the rooms were on the hotter side- we were there in July when temps were 85. It was really fun watching baby deer in the front yard on multiple occasions.

Terrific family getaway

Property was in a terrific location close to downtown Boyne City with a terrific view of Lake Charlevoix. Biggest issue for us was that there is no central air conditioning, so if visiting in the summer be prepared for it to be a little stuffy in the house. House. Fortunately there are window AC units so you can get the temperature down in the house. For groups not exceeding 12

Great Rental

Our family really enjoyed staying at this home. Kitchen is well stocked with pans and utensils to cook meals. Very roomy kitchen. It is a tri-level with stairs, so need to be careful with young children. An easy walk to town! Large yard for kids to play. Great campfire area in front of home. We would stay here again!

New Year’s Eve stay

The property was truly amazing, all amenities were incredible. The nature around is beautiful and the home owners provided a great deal of kitchen items. The property was clean and well taken care of. Enough room to sleep everyone on the trip with 4 separate bedrooms and plenty of sleeping space. Aside from being so close to Boyne mountain, the property is spacious and has lots of space for activities inside and out the house. Overall would rate this a solid 10/10!!!

Great view, comfortable home for multiple families

This house was perfect for our family get together over the 4th of July Holiday. The home is conveniently located in Boyne city atop a hill giving a beautiful view of the lake. The temps were a little warm over the week but we were provided with an AC unit for one of the warmer rooms. We also had an internet outage but the issue was fixed relatively quickly. Hurt and Malisa were very responsive. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of pots, pans, and cooking equipment. We made almost all of our meals there and enjoyed eating out in the deck. We also really loved the fire pit. The beds were super comfortable too! I would give this home 10 stars if I could!
