This was the most well appointed, thoughtfully designed vacation home we’ve ever stayed in. The attention to detail specifically for travelers is top notch. Anything I thought about “oh, I wish I had this” or “ I wonder if they have…” - it was already there. The hosts were easily contacted and quickly responsive to any questions we had. We will for sure be staying here on future visits to Lake Havasu.

We had a great stay overall and really enjoyed the house. It was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen was especially impressive, it had plenty of pots, pans, storage containers, and other amenities that made cooking and storing leftovers easy. The beds were very comfortable, and the check-in process was simple and hassle-free.A few things to be aware of for future guests: the driveway is steep and isn’t ideal for a lower style boat trailer - if you’re towing a boat or plan to use the driveway way be aware of the incline . Also, the game room is not air-conditioned, which was a bummer because we stayed mid July and booked based on the game room, but unfortunately, it was too hot to enjoy- so just be aware it can get quite warm during hotter days.We also noticed quite a few crickets inside the house during our stay. While this may be due to the surrounding area, it’s something future guests should know.Despite those minor issues, the house itself was beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to others.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such thoughtful feedback. We're so happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and found the home clean, comfortable, well-stocked, and easy to settle into. We work hard to make sure our guests have everything they need, so that means a lot to us. We also truly appreciate you sharing the areas where we can improve. Guest feedback is incredibly important to us, and we've already taken action. Since your stay, we've added an evaporative swamp cooler along with a high-powered floor fan to help keep the game room much more comfortable during the hottest summer months. We're also actively investigating the cricket issue. While seasonal insects can be more common in the Lake Havasu area during the summer, especially around pools, we take guest comfort very seriously. We've been inspecting potential entry points and are working to eliminate the issue. We're working to identify exactly how they're getting inside so we can resolve the issue. Regarding the driveway, we appreciate you mentioning it. We're exploring solutions, such as curb ramps, to make it easier for guests with lower boat trailers to access the property more comfortably. Thank you again for staying with us and for helping us continue to improve. We're grateful for your recommendations and hope to welcome you back in the future.

Very cute place! It was spotless, well stocked, and thoughtfully decorated with great attention to detail. We especially appreciated all the pool toys and games for the kids—they made a huge difference since the weather was extremely hot. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this home.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house! We were very satisfied and would happily recommend this property. The house is clean and cozy, with good-quality furniture and a fully equipped kitchen — everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s especially nice that the lake is right nearby. The only minor downside is that in the evenings crickets would sometimes get into the house, which caused a bit of discomfort. Despite this small issue, we were happy with our stay. The host responded to all messages promptly and in a timely manner.

We're so glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the home's comfort, furnishings, and well-equipped kitchen. Being so close to the lake is one of our favorite things about the location as well! Thank you for mentioning the crickets. Living near the lake and desert means they occasionally make an appearance despite our regular pest control efforts, but we're always looking for ways to minimize that possibility for our guests. We're happy to hear our communication helped make your stay smooth and enjoyable. We'd love to host you again anytime you're back in Lake Havasu!

À propos de l’hôte

Hôte : Megan Nichols

Image de profil de l’hôte
Hi! We're Mike & Megan, and we're so happy you're considering staying at Havasu Spirit & Sol!

We're a busy family with seven kids who love making memories together, whether that's traveling, spending time outdoors, or simply relaxing by the pool. We've always believed that some of life's best moments happen when family and friends can slow down, laugh together, and enjoy being in the same place.

We created this home to be the kind of place we'd want to stay ourselves—comfortable, clean, thoughtfully stocked, and filled with little touches that help make your vacation easy and enjoyable. We know how much the small details matter when you're away from home, so we've tried to think of everything to help you settle in and focus on having fun.

As hosts, our goal is simple: we want you to have an amazing experience from the moment you book until the day you head home. We're always happy to answer questions, share local recommendations, or help however we can. While we respect your privacy during your stay, we're only a message away if you need anything.

Nothing makes us happier than hearing that our guests created wonderful memories here, whether it was a day on the lake, a family barbecue by the pool, a game night, or simply relaxing under the Arizona sky.

Thanks for letting us be a small part of your Lake Havasu vacation. We truly hope Havasu Spirit & Sol feels like your home away from home, and we'd love to welcome you back again and again. 💙

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the perfect balance of relaxation, convenience, and everything that makes Lake Havasu such a fun destination.

One of our favorite things is how close it is to the water. The launch ramp, beaches, and London Bridge are all just a short drive away, making it easy to spend your days boating, paddleboarding, fishing, or exploring the lake. After a day on the water, it's nice to come back to a quiet neighborhood where you can unwind by the pool instead of being in the middle of the busy tourist areas.

Our home is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, which helps make it feel peaceful and relaxing throughout your stay. It's a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee outside, spend an afternoon by the pool, or relax under the stars in the evening. You'll also be close to restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and local attractions, so you're never far from anything you need while still feeling like you've escaped the hustle and bustle.

Whether you're here for a family vacation, a getaway with friends, a boating weekend, or simply to soak up the Arizona sunshine, we love that this location gives you easy access to all the fun while still offering a peaceful place to recharge at the end of the day.

We hope you'll love this little corner of Lake Havasu as much as we do and leave with wonderful memories, already looking forward to your next visit!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We designed Havasu Spirit & Sol to be more than just a place to sleep—we wanted it to be a place where people genuinely enjoy spending time together.

The backyard is the heart of the home. Spend your days relaxing by the pool, fire up the built-in BBQ, gather around the outdoor bar while dinner is cooking, or enjoy meals together at the large outdoor dining table. One of our favorite features is the covered deck with an adjustable roof—you can open it up to soak in the sunshine during the day or enjoy a beautiful view of the stars at night. It creates the perfect space to relax no matter the time of day.

Inside, we've worked hard to create a space that's comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully stocked. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, the bedrooms are designed for a restful night's sleep, and the game room gives everyone another place to laugh, play, and spend time together.

One thing that really sets our home apart is that we're always investing in making it even better. We don't simply furnish a house and call it done—we're continually adding thoughtful touches, upgrading amenities, replacing items before they wear out, and listening to guest feedback. We want every stay to be even better than the last.

Most importantly, we truly care about our guests. We take pride in keeping the home exceptionally clean, responding quickly to questions, and creating the kind of experience that we'd want for our own family.

Whether you're here for a boating adventure, a family vacation, or a relaxing getaway with friends, we hope Havasu Spirit & Sol becomes a place where lifelong memories are made—and a home you'll look forward to returning to.
