In the heart of Watch Hill introducing this new rental listing to the market with clean white soothing style with Restoration Hardware furniture in every room. Open concept living consisting of elegant kitchen with bar overlooking the large living room, dinning room, floor to ceiling fireplace with12 foot ceilings. Double slider doors to enjoy the multi-level patio. Direct views of the Marina filled with yachts, water view and the Village gazebo steps away. Condo has 2 large bedrooms with an-suite private bathrooms, plus 1/2 bathroom for your visiting guests.

Located in the village you can enjoy the beach with private changing room Cabana. Go shopping in the various boutiques and then enjoy an amazing lunch or dinner at the Tea Room. Return to your condo for a fresh mojito / champagne/ martini and take in the sunset almost every night The Ocean House is in walking distance from the condo as well as the historic Carousel. Just wonderful in every way. Clean as can be, decorated beautifully, many towels, designated parking, the view of the bay and the yachts, location right in Watch Hill. Very special place to experience from this great condo.

Great Stay in Watch Hill

We were in Watch Hill for a wedding and wanted a central location with more space than the typical hotels and rental units. This condo was great: plenty of space, fantastic views, easy walk to food establishmetns, and a great host. Family members who were staying elsewhere said that they wished they were staying where we were.

Highly recommend

We had a fabulous week at this property. It was exactly as advertised and the owner was a pleasure to deal with every step of the way! The property is in a great location, walkable to everything in Watch Hill and sunsets on this front patio don’t get any better.

Absolutely perfect!

We had an wonderful stay in Watch Hill thanks to Nicky and her beautiful place. The location is incredible as it is a short walk to the beach and shops, with stunning views over the water and gorgeous sunsets. The place is quite clean and well appointed. Nicky is lovely and incredibly responsive. My husband and I stayed with our two young boys and we are ready to book again for next summer. Thank you for having us!

Fantastic experience!

The most perfect spot in Watch Hill - in between two fabulous beaches and amongst all the fun shops, restaurant and ice cream shops of Watch Hill. The property has gorgeous harbor views, is perfect for entertaining with multiple porches and is very clean and spacious. My teen age kids loved the freedom of walking around this very safe and fun neighborhood. Also, the Ocean House and its amazing restaurants are a short walk away. Highly recommend this property, and Nicky is a pleasure, and makes sure everything is perfect.
