Bienvenue à Cosy Seashore, un condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain situé dans la magnifique station balnéaire Shorewalk, à quelques minutes des académies IMG, des boutiques, des restaurants et des magnifiques plages de l'île Anna Maria.

Le complexe dispose de 2 grandes piscines chauffées, de 2 jacuzzis, de 2 courts de tennis, d'un terrain de basket, d'une aire de jeux pour enfants et d'un jeu de palets. Il y a un club-house qui offre ping-pong, une salle de billard à l'intérieur et une télévision grand écran. Grillez votre prise de la journée ou des hamburgers sur les grils de gaz surdimensionnés situés dans les parties communes.

Cette unité nouvellement décorée surplombe l'un des 5 lacs de la véranda et le meilleur de tous, est à quelques pas de la piscine. Une véranda moustiquaire avec des portes coulissantes en verre à la fois dans le salon et la chambre principale vous permet de profiter de la chaleur de la brise de la Floride tout en mangeant un repas ou en jouant une main de cartes. Le salon confortable est lumineux et aéré avec de hauts plafonds, a une grande TVHD et Wifi est disponible dans toute la maison. La cuisine est équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour prendre votre petit-déjeuner sur la véranda, déjeuner au bord de la piscine, ou dîner dans la salle à manger.

La chambre principale, avec lit queen, a une salle de bains spacieuse, un grand dressing pour ranger tous ces trésors shopping! La salle de bain principale a une zone de vanité pratique avec un lavabo, séparé de la douche de plain-pied carrelée. Se nettoyer après la plage pour aller à votre restaurant de fruits de mer préféré sera un jeu d'enfant!

La deuxième chambre spacieuse a deux lits jumeaux et est juste en face du couloir de la 2ème salle de bain avec une grande baignoire.

La maison dispose également d'une laveuse et sécheuse empilable pleine taille dans l'unité! Personne n'aime emballer des vêtements sales!

Cozy Seashore est vraiment un endroit confortable pour passer le temps que vous ne vivez pas dehors dans le chaud soleil de la Floride!

We had a brief stay for a family wedding. The area which is very familiar to us made it so very nice. Anyone that I’d had to deal with with this preservation has been extremely nice and easy to work with. The furniture is very nice and the initial setup for us was also great. I would definitely if needed ask to stay here again.

Nice property

Nice property in nice complex. Only negative was bed was uncomfortable and only 4 sleeping pillows in the unit and they were in marginal condition.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we are glad to see that you enjoyed the condo, its amenities and location. All bed frames and mattresses were replaced last year. We will certainly have a look to make sure all is in order, firmness/ softness is unfortunately always a personal preference.

Worked out great. Good location, hidden off the main thoroughfares. We did get charged for the stated rental and then separately for the VRBO fee after booking the listing. The quoted total charge was not accurate based on this odd practice.

Perfect getaway! Awesome spot for multiple families

We stayed at Shorewalk for an extended weekend and loved it! We were with multiple other families and we were all able to have our own places to stay but have common areas to hang out in. The pools were great- tons of seating and room. Aldi and Publix less than a block away.Our condo was great - well appointed. They provided every thing we needed from beach towels and coolers to reusable ice packs. There was a welcome bag with goodies, extra toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and soap. Everything to get you started without having to go straight to the store. We absolutely loved the enclosed porch over looking the pond. Watched the turtles, ducks and fish. It was just a nice place to enjoy your coffee and plan your day. Condo was spotless, well appointed and comfortable. Highly recommend!

First stay in Bradenton

Property was very nice with a lot of amenities and convenient location. We actually walked to a nearby plaza with a Publix Supermarket, Restaurant and shops. Bradenton Beach was about 20 minute ride and other beaches close by, as well. We played shuffleboard, pickleball, and tennis at Shore walk. Check in instructions were precise and easy. Everything was super clean. We enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch overlooking the pond and fountain for breakfast. An added amenity which we thought was really nice was that Property Mgr, Island Dreams Realty, provided a lot of essentials that you would need for a week or two, such as paper towels, toilet tissue, liquid dishwashing soap, dishwasher detergent, clothes washer detergent, trash bags, etc. We would not hesitate to book this property, again.
