We choose this neighborhood for it's close proximity to Downtown Dayton, local parks, easy access to Interstate 75 and family orientated. Very diverse neighborhood and consists of long term residents whom take pride in their homes. Neighborhood is quiet, neighborly neighbors and folk who genuinely care about the Community.
