Nestled in Belmont's historic district, this loft boasts a distinct charm, once a 1800s butcher shop, now a renovated city-style haven. Retaining original features, it was transformed in 2019 into a unique dwelling perfect for families or friends visiting UD or local events. Please note: local bookings not accepted.

Very unique home with modern updates. My family enjoyed our stay and the amenities were plentiful. We recommend this property as it has comfortable beds, large gathering area, cute fenced in yard and lots of character.

Great stay to host Thanksgiving! The home was so unique and fun to stay in. The downstairs is open and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed and ample supplies were provided. The host and home are dog friendly, with a cute fenced backyard and even dog bowls were provided. The bedrooms are huge and one included a large desk, which was perfect for home office days. Communication with the host was great and responses were immediate. We’ll stay here again! Thank you!

We stayed at this property for a wedding nearby. It was such a unique setting and love the openness of the living area. A very nice stay and we would stay again.

Lots of attention to detail here. A beautiful open loft with 3 bedrooms and a nice bathroom upstairs. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. And there’s a nice little fenced in area in the Back if you have a pet. Even little pet bowls on a stand in the kitchen. We did not use it but there is a gas fireplace in the main floor area. Small convenience store right across the street. And it is close to the Dayton campus which was why we were in town. Sheets were super soft and bedrooms were large. Highly recommend and I would stay here again!

We enjoyed or stay in Dayton. The unique building made for a comfortable stay. Very interesting that it used to be a meat market! We had everything we needed for a weekend visit to the AFM.

Wedding in Centerville

The place was amazing! Clean, convenient to our location of the reception and Meg our families needs. It’s an amazing place with history and beauty. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the back patio as the weather was great. We hosted more family on Friday for dinner and everyone was amazed at the architecture and the beauty of the place. We will definitely book here again next time we are up for family. Our host was receptive and always answered promptly. I would recommend anyone to stay here!
