Bienvenue sur les belles plages de sable blanc de la cÎte du Golfe de l'Alabama! Profitez de votre séjour dans le tout nouveau, belle 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain condo qui dort facilement 8! Notre unité de coin au 19Úme étage est unique en ce sens que ses grands plans d'étages ouverts offrent aux visiteurs de l'espace pour s'épanouir et que son immense balcon vous invite à admirer une vue incroyable. Cette unité n'a pas de vue sur la plage.

Cette unitĂ© dispose de tĂ©lĂ©viseurs Ă  Ă©cran plat dans chaque chambre et un grand Ă©cran LCD dans le salon. Un bar avec machine Ă  glaçons et une grande cuisine rend divertissant un rĂȘve.

Lorsque vous ĂȘtes prĂȘt Ă  quitter l'appareil, en bas Ă  droite, vous pouvez profiter de la grande piscine intĂ©rieure, un sauna ou la salle de fitness. Et juste Ă  l'extĂ©rieur, le complexe dispose de la seule riviĂšre de farniente sur la plage avec des toboggans et une autre grande piscine pour les clients de tous Ăąges puissent en profiter. This condo complex is the best we have stayed at so far. The availability of an indoor and outdoor pool, lazy river, splash pad, and toddler playground were awesome. Security personnel were seen occasionally through the day.

Loved the adult pool and sun deck. Also used the pickle ball courts, grill area and lazy river. The beach access is right there also. We would definitely go back.

Enjoyed our stay!

We love love this property and all the amenities! We actually loved staying on the non beach side of the complex and the sunsets were gorgeous! Some items in the unit were not working, but owners were great to work with and quick to reply to issues. Family room furniture it a bit torn up and could use some replacing
. But the couch is super comfy! Would stay here again!!

Orange beach

First Rafi host and Martina on site contact were both extremely quick and helpful in response to our questions and the couple of things we needed addressed. Things that concerned us were:1. When my wife and I first arrived a couple of days before the rest of the family, we walk in and I take my shoes off walk to one end of the unit and back look at the bottom of my white socks and they are dark. Floors are dirty. Next morning we had to buy a mop and Lysol (none in in unit also no vacuum to use on rugs and unit in general uh your on the beach sand gets tracked in no matter how careful you are) and I proceed to mop the unit not once but twice before the water the mop bucket starts to clear. We used 5 buckets per trip across the unit. We used Lysol wipes on all surfaces and Lysol spray on all furniture and rugs. Also the on site check out requirements pretty much made us feel that you are depending on the prior user to make sure everything is clean. You are instructed to just pull the sheets off the beds you use!!! Made us uncomfortable. And it says you will be charged extra cleaning fee if they have to spend more time than normal’!!!2. The entire unit needs an upgrade from furniture to kitchen ware to linen and covers.3. All the reviews for the oasis are correct. There are only 6 elevators to service 32 floors and at peak times you can wait 20-30 minutes to get one then make numerous stops unless you are on a lower floor. The issue is all the stuff with the people.

So many things to do

The amenities are off the chart! The lazy river and water slide is fabulous. If you don’t like that there are 2 more outdoor pools and an indoor pool. We used the gym and basketball court. There is easy access to the beach. The property also has a on site pool side restaurant. The check in process was a little overwhelming with so many people checking in at 4 and we had to wait for over 40 minutes for an elevator with enough room to accommodate our gear. There is also a $60 parking fee. Once past the weekend renter turnover, the was very little wait for the elevator The condo itself was as pictured with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The internet worked great with no buffering. communication with the owner was very prompt. I would definitely book this unit again.

GREAT STAY!

My family and I came to stay for a week and had a wonderful stay. We had an 11 month old with us who is very mobile and we didn’t have to worry too much about him getting into anything because for the most part the furniture and decorations were baby proof. The condo had wonderful amenities and was nicer than the pictures could have portrayed. We noticed something was messed up upon arrival and the maintenance person Joe came out quickly to fix it. Overall we could not be happier with our experience and will definitely be back next year.

Enjoyed our stay. Had 2 issues - The ice maker in refrigerator was not working. Needed during summer. Elevators were very bad on the weekend.

The Oasis (Phoenix West II)

We were able to get into our room sooner than the expected time. The rooms were exactly what was pictured. The only downside was the people in the condo next to us, sitting on the balcony after quiet time at 10 pm playing their music so loud you could not here the tv in our living room area. No one could be reached at the front desk to report it. Also they were sitting on the balcony smoking. Plainly stated no smoking on balcony in the rules. Other than that it was really nice.

Great place!

Beautiful room and view ! The only issue we came across were the elevators- especially check in . Otherwise it was a great trip ! Will definitely come back - probably when it’s less hot out and less busy ! Maybe fall!

Wonderful Stay and Vacation

The facility is very nice. The pools and the lazy river were great. Most of the hot tubs had issues and the elevators had extended wait times, but these problems were no fault of the condo owner. The Condo was beautiful and roomy. I love how 2 of the bedrooms were equipped with 2 Queen beds in each. There were plenty of bathrooms. The balcony had a stunning view of the bay and green luscious landscape. I would definitely recommend this condo and stay again in the future.

Lots for everyone

Phoenix II had lots for everyone to do
from beach to pool to sports. I love that they have equipment to check out. Our unit was great. Loved the ice maker and extra bathroom. Only cons were the elevators and beach were super crowded which is expected when you stay at a high rise. Also our condo did not face the beach. This was explained in the description so no surprises. Staff was great!
