Oh my gosh. The property was so much better than I expected. The front of house gives the impression it's small but oh no. The rooms are huge so roomy great for a family. The decor is really cute. Exceptionally clean. It has everything you would need. I loved it. Your host Leidy responds immediately. We will definitely stay here again. This is one of our favorite properties. Had games and pool table. Full kitchen with everything you need. Loved the coffee bar. My puppy loved the back yard. It was close to everything.

Loved this property and the attention to detail was perfect. Don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a more furnished VRBO. Only thing I would say is bring a few extra wash clothes, but literally there was everything else at this property we needed to have very comfortable stay without having to rush out and grab anything.

This property has it all! Everything you need to prepare full meals. Everything in the house was in excellent condition! The A/C was nice and cold too! Beach items were provided which was a nice touch. The beds were comfortable. The game room was a plus. The location was close to everything! We will definitely stay again-soon!

Nice, clean home, very welcoming… check in and checkout was easy. Had most of the essentials… bakeware would have been a plus, but we were very pleased with our stay!

What a great spot for a quick Thanksgiving getaway! This house had everything we were looking for and more--super clean, very nicely decorated, perfect sleeping arrangements, game room, well stocked kitchen, great family room for watching shows as a family, fenced in backyard for your dog, and very convenient to stores and the beach. Fully equipped house for family stay with small kids - and the kids loved all of the game options. We arrived to plenty fresh towels, snacks, water, bathroom amenities, etc. and the communication with the host was wonderful. The home is right on a busier road than I had hoped for, so it was on the noisy side at night from vehicles driving by. Also just a note that the room with two beds in it we used for the kids, and there is a door to access the outdoors directly so that made me a bit uneasy with two toddlers - however we moved the dresser in front of the door and it was not an issue for us. The washing machine was very loud, so we opted to use it during the day when we were out and about vs. at night.

Very cute home - it’s obvious the host put a lot of thought and effort into making this place feel like home and includes a lot of amenities and extras you may need. Kitchen has everything you need and more, game room is a great way to wind down after a day at the beach. Location is fairly close to beaches and also not far from places like Publix or Walmart. Sun canopy, folding chairs and cooler (in shed) were very handy for beach trips. Beds were very comfortable, appreciated the black out curtains in bedrooms. Overall, a great little place for beach getaway.A few other things to note:- House is on a septic system for waste. Host requests you only flush natural waste, no toilet paper, and provides receptacle for toilet paper disposal.- Third bedroom with two beds is a converted garage with separate door to outside directly from it. This outside door has 2 locks on it. It is on the other side of the house from the other 2 bedrooms. - Caspersen Beach is currently unreachable by vehicle due to hurricane in 2024. The road was washed out. This is the closest beach to the house so you will have to travel a few minutes farther to Manasota Beach or Venice Beach (Sharkey’s). - We loved visiting Tiki Tyme gift shop which is super close to the house.- Earth Treasures is a great shop for shark/dive knowledge and shark tooth museum. - You will probably become a shark tooth hunter - just go with it and have fun! Manasota is a great beach for hunting. Watch the locals and learn.

Hi Colin, thank you for your review. The house has a septic tank, and as a precaution there is a notice asking guests not to flush toilet paper in order to prevent the toilet from clogging. This information is also mentioned in the house listing, so I’m not sure why it came as a surprise, as it was noted beforehand. Additionally, the closest beach to the house is about 4 miles away, which is in Venice, and this is also stated in the listing.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home was very comfortable. The beds and pillows were great, enough hot water in the showers! Our Hostess provided several bottles of water and little individual snacks. For coffee there was a Kerrigan as well as a regular coffee maker. Definitely a place we’d recommend!
