With the home’s popularity and back-to-back reservations, the previous guests’ later-than-scheduled departure delayed our housekeeping team’s access, and we regret that the finishing touches weren’t complete when you arrived. We also appreciate you reaching out about the sliding glass door during your stay. Coastal sea air and seasonal humidity can affect sliding door mechanisms over time, and after our maintenance team assessed it during your visit, the owner arranged for a replacement.
