Back at home, this convenient retreat offers a well-equipped kitchenette with all the essentials to heat up your snacks and keep them nice and fresh. The large, wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable is a great entertainment resource as well as the free high-speed WiFi and Internet available–there's a small dining table for two that can be used as a desk in case you brought your laptop with you. The full bath available has a tub/shower combo for added convenience.

Overall, the room and facilities were very nice. I did struggle to receive check-in information, but I was able to contact the staff and eventually was able to get access to my room on the day of check-in. My other issue was the facility was installing a new hot water heater and I was unaware of this. The host did respond to my concerns, although there was limited things that they could do to fix the situation.

Of the 25 VRBO's I've rented, this one was a bit of a disappointment. Small hotel room with a dorm fridge and dorm microwave (not a "kitchen" as described). A bit damp and musty. Elevator was out for the majority of our visit to the 3rd floor. Host not quite on top of things: room had a parking hang tag that got us a violation sign from front desk. Instructions mention a dishwasher and washer/dryer despite none. We were required to spend 7 to launder 2 beach towels in the ground floor laundry. OTOH, pool was warm, beach was close, Saltys restaurant next door was great.

Great location

The property was clean and nicely decorated. This unit is perfect for a couple or small family. It was clean, had plenty of towels and other needed items. The location is just a short 5 minute walk to the beach and was godsend as parking was very limited elsewhere! We will stay again!

Great getaway

My husband and I enjoyed a little getaway for our anniversary and this place had everything you would need. Amazing location, def nothing like a hotel but for the rate you can't go wrong. Would stay again!

This place reminded me of somewhere I would have stayed in college break. Safe, no-frills, cheap. Someplace to crash only. The property itself reminds me of a 1970 Motel that was converted to "condos". It could use some love in the back stairs and throughout. The unit itself is older, but I must say - clean. Pretty barebones. The very strong smell of Pinesol cleaner took days to dissipate so if you are sensitive to that sort of thing beware. The unit could really use a dead bolt on the inside of the door. I jammed a chair under the doorknob to feel safer during the overnight hours. That said, overnight was very quiet (except for the college kids getting in about 2:30 am). The other folks staying there were very friendly. They were either college kids or retired older folks. The property management company was above and beyond all expectations with communications and genuine care for my experience. So 5 Stars there. Overall, if traveling alone again, I would probably stay again as the price during Spring Training - so close to the beach - really cannot be beat, but you have to be ready to overlook the flaws in the unit and overall property.

Cheaper Option Close to the Beach

This is a nice cheaper option close to the beach. We were within walking distance of a bunch of stuff and didn't have to pay extra for parking on the property. Not overly fancy, but if you are here to visit and not spending the whole trip in the room its a nice spot. Pool area was nice too. A fan over the bed and some curtains covering the blinds and windows would help. If you like it dark when you sleep there is a decent amount of light that comes through the blinds from the front walkway.

Location is amazing! Walking distance to pretty much everything. The room was nice and comfortable. Only a few small details could need a bit of tweaking like the microwave buttons some didn’t work, the tv remote didn’t communicate properly with tv so we couldn’t watch anything when we wanted to. Other than that it was great! Clean and súper accesible to everything.
