Sleeping Arrangements
Primary Suite: King bed, remodeled ensuite with double vanity and walk-in shower, dedicated workspace with monitor, 70" Smart TV, blackout curtains, and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2: King bed, 55" Smart TV, blackout curtains, ceiling fan, and bedside lighting.
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, 55" Smart TV, closet, and ceiling fan.
Living Room: Queen memory foam sleeper sofa.
A Pack 'n Play and highchair are also available for families traveling with young children.
Bathrooms
The primary ensuite includes a spacious walk-in shower and double vanity.
The guest bathroom features a deep soaker tub. Please use caution when entering and exiting due to the tub’s depth.
Water leak sensors are installed near plumbing fixtures to help protect the home. Please leave these devices in place during your stay.
Kitchen & Dining
Fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove, full-size refrigerator, reverse osmosis drinking water, ice maker, Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, cookware, dishes, utensils, and complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer.
The dining area comfortably seats up to eight guests.

The climate-controlled garage has been converted into an entertainment space featuring a pool table, making it a great place to relax and enjoy friendly competition.

Please note there is a standard step down from the home into the garage/game room. Because the flooring is similar on both levels, the change in elevation may be less noticeable. Please watch your step when entering and exiting the garage.

Relax in the private, unheated pool, watch your favorite game on the 70" outdoor Smart TV, grill on the propane BBQ, gather around the fire pit, or unwind in the covered outdoor seating area.
Please use caution, as portions of the backyard concrete have natural settling and may be uneven.

A full-size washer and dryer are located in the garage. Fresh towels and linens are provided based on the number of guests included on the reservation.
Comfort & Convenience
Enjoy central heating and air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs throughout the home, and a dedicated workstation with monitor for remote work.
Guests have full access to the home and all listed amenities, with the exception of the outdoor storage shed, which is reserved for owner use and is not accessible to guests.
For your convenience, an alley dumpster is located behind the home for disposal of excess trash.
We are happy to offer early check-in and late check-out when availability permits. Standard check-in is 4:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. When available, either may be arranged for $40 per hour. Please contact us in advance, and we’ll gladly confirm availability.
Occupancy & Registered Guests
The maximum occupancy is 8 registered guests at any time. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior written approval is granted by the host. Please ensure your reservation reflects the correct guest count before check-in. Unauthorized guests are subject to a $100 per person, per night fee and may result in cancellation without refund.
Parties & Noise
Parties, events, and large gatherings are prohibited. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Please keep noise, music, and outdoor conversations at a respectful level.
Smoking & Pets
Smoking and vaping are permitted outdoors only. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and do not smoke inside the home, garage, or near open doors or windows. Evidence of indoor smoking may result in additional cleaning or odor-remediation fees. Pets are not permitted. Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 cleaning fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.
Parking
Parking is available in the paved front area, the driveway, or on the street directly in front of the home. Please do not park in front of neighboring homes. The garage is not available for vehicle parking and is provided only as an entertainment and laundry space.
Residential Neighborhood
Midland Luxe is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors throughout your stay.
Fire Pit
Please use the fire pit responsibly and never leave it unattended. Ensure the fire is completely extinguished before leaving the area or returning indoors.
Safety
Please use caution throughout the property. There is a step down from the home into the garage/game room, and portions of the backyard concrete have natural settling and may be uneven. The pool is not heated. Children should be supervised at all times, especially around the pool and outdoor areas.
Maintenance & Damage Reporting
Pool service is typically performed on Fridays through the side gate and does not require entry into the home. If anything is damaged or not working properly during your stay, please let us know right away. Prompt reporting helps us resolve issues quickly and prevent further damage.
Liability
Guests assume responsibility for themselves and their group during their stay. The hosts and property owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss or damage to personal property.
