New in our program, this home has many great reviews from past guests.

Enjoy easy beach access from this second-row home! Completely renovated and refurbished, this three-bedroom, two-bath house can accommodate everyone comfortably with single-story convenience. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second has two singles, and the third has a queen. Edify has central heat and air, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer, cable TVs, a Playstation 2, a DVD player, and free WiFi. Other amenities include a large and open deck, covered parking, an outside shower, and close beach access.

Lovely older beach house. That has been well taken care of. The two complainants that we had was the how long the case was to get in the door sometimes it didn’t work and a few of the boards were lose on the stairs going to the front porch area.we also loved that paper products as well as the soapbox hygiene products.

Great little place!

My family of 3 along with my parents stayed here, and we are completely satisfied! Perfect amount of space, and just a short 3 minute walk to the ocean. This spot has all the amenities you could need including an outdoor shower to wash the sand off after a day at the beach! I would definitely stay here again!

A piece of heaven

This place is wonderful. It’s just across the street from the beach. The house is cozy and has plenty of room. We love it. Needs a few small repairs but otherwise it’s great. The beds were comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone. I look forward to going back. This was our second year.

Pleasant Beach Stay

We were very happy with this beach house. It was really nice having linens provided. Vacasa was great with communication. Location is close to the beach and an easy walk across the street. The house was clean and up to date. Kitchen was well stocked. Laundry room downstairs worked well. Front porch provided a great place to sit and listen to the ocean. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Great place for the family.

This house was an awesome stay. I stayed in it a few times when I was 4-5 years old with my parents and it was amazing to see the renovation. I was happy to be able to bring my children to my childhood vacation beach house. It’s very clean, up to date and close to the public beach access. The porch swing is a great addition. It’s very bright and homey feeling. Will definitely book here again in the future.

Edify frequenter x 10 yrs!

I love the layout of the home! Been staying here for our yearly summer vaca with my 2 grown boys for years! Only problem is there is a SEVERE temperature change from the back rooms being very cool with the WC. The den feels like it’s 90 degrees despite 4 ceiling fans blowing and 2 floor fans. If you need 13x9 or 9x9 pans, bring your own as there are zero. Outdoor laundry room and outdoor shower is awesome!

We're glad to hear you love the layout and enjoyed the outdoor laundry room and shower. We're sorry to hear about the temperature differences in the home, especially in the den. During the summer months, the A/C is typically set to 72 degrees to keep the home comfortable. Setting the thermostat lower can actually cause the unit to freeze up, which might explain some of the uneven cooling you experienced. It usually takes 12-24 hours for the unit to fully cool the cottage on check-in day, so keeping doors and windows closed really helps maintain the temperature. Regarding the pans, we apologize for the inconvenience of not having the sizes you needed. The home does provide basic pans for cooking, but we understand how having the right cookware can make a big difference. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us improve and provide better stays for you and all our guests.
