Sunbathe on your private floating dock or walk to the end of the street to the beach access and stretch out on the soft sand. Fishing enthusiasts will appreciate the fish cleaning area after a fun day on the water. Private charcoal park grill for outdoor cooking.

With one-story convenience, the interior boasts vaulted wood beam ceilings and a coastal-chic aesthetic throughout. Newly added features in 2023 include a water purification system for the entire house and updated bathrooms. The well-equipped kitchen was also updated - create your favorite recipes here, complete with a breakfast bar, and join together at the accommodating dining table for family-style meals. Make one cup or a pot of coffee with the Keurig Dual Coffee Maker. Unwind on comfortable furnishings in the cozy living room and watch TV shows.

Step out to the furnished deck overlooking the canal and sip a crisp drink any time. Overall it was nice, I liked the layout of the house and it was clean for the most part.. my biggest issue unfortunately is this house holds an awful odor.. most likely due to that carpet. The carpet looked stained.. also it gets so hot during the day in the living room regardless if you keep all the doors open and curtains closed.. they have solid units in this house and there is only one in the living room so it doesn’t do much when it comes to the hot summer months.. other than that it was fine.. a few bugs here and there, but I guess that’s normal for a house near the water…. If I could leave some advice with the homeowner, it would be to strip that old stinky carpet out, and add another air conditioner in the living room. This little beach house has a lot of potential love the outside set up.

Disgusted and not worth it. #refundplease #updates needed

Not trying to be disrespectful, but for the price you pay for this home, it's not worth it. Unless they fix the issues with the home, I would not recommend to stay here. I normally don't post bad reviews, but my husband and I paid a lot of money to stay in a place that was no different then a run down motel. I was highly upset for the smell that generated in this place that we couldn't get rid of and had to burn candles the whole time to cover up the odor, as well as, the nest of spiders in the ceiling in one of the bedrooms. We had to go out of our way and buy not only an air mattress, but insect spray as well, only to have our guests sleep in the living room which made it out to be an uncomfortable living situation.

We would not stay here again. The carpets have e a strong smell to the point we had to open doors and windows. They do have febreeze plug ins but they need to be putting baking soda or cleaner on the carpets. They also did not provide enough trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, or dishwasher pods for a 3 night stay. The kitchen does have lots of serving utensils and perfect for dinners in. They also have umbrellas and a beach cart at the house perfect for taking to the beach. This booking is through a rental company so you will have to call the company for any issues instead of being able to message a host.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback, and I'm sorry the carpet odor made your stay less comfortable, that's not the experience we want for our guests. I've passed this along to our housekeeping department. Regarding the supplies, we provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags. This is enough for 1 or 2 nights. We're glad you enjoyed the kitchen, beach cart, and umbrellas.
