SITTING ROOM: Walk into the open and airy sitting room for relaxing and conversing with your group.

KITCHEN: A an open, modern kitchen with bar top seating for 2. Fully equipped with full pots and pans cooking set, plates, bowls, glasses, silverware, and drip coffee maker.

BREAKFAST NOOK: Connected between the living room and kitchen, with seating for 4.

LIVING ROOM: Spacious living room with cozy seating, smart tv, fireplace, and loads of board games.

MASTER ENSUITE: Spacious bedroom that is furnished with King bed, sitting area, smart tv, and large closet with dresser and private coffee bar. This bedroom has an attached full bathroom with large walk in shower and double vanity.

GUEST BEDROOM 1: A fun tropical bedroom with 2 Twin beds and closet.

FULL BATHROOM: Full bathroom with access hallway. Includes a shower tub combination.

GUEST BEDROOM 2: A spacious room with Queen bed, desk, and closet. A second ensuite with full bathroom attached.

GUEST BEDROOM 3: A charming room with Queen bed, desk, and closet.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire 4 bedroom home, fenced in outdoor area, as well as free Wi-Fi, 4 off-street parking spots in the driveway, and garage game room.

The Neighborhood:
Live the island lifestyle in this cute home located on Anastasia Island, between the historic St. Augustine and the main beach area. Boho Haven is minutes from top attractions including Anastasia State Park, the St. Augustine Amphitheater, Alligator Farm, and the beautiful St. Augustine Beach. Enjoy a short stroll to the local favorite Saturday Farmers Market at the Amphitheater, or take the few minute drive to the white sandy beaches. Downtown is only 2 miles away, making this the perfect central spot for your adventures!

Getting Around:
The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with a free parking in the driveway included with your stay. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day. The city is also very bike friendly! When downtown, the Old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., which includes three days of unlimited rides and complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum.

Other Things to Note:
**PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.
-Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $150 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)
