Great location with convenient parking right across the street. Host was very responsive and the place was clean and spacious. We will definitely plan to rent this place again when we want to do weekends away in Philly

Good location. Restaurants nearby. 20 minute walk to revolutionary sites, which was nice. The small bedroom is on the street side - pretty noisy at times. The other BR is quite big and had the patio. We had trouble with the water pressure, which was fixed but we had to wait 2 days. Communication was often slow - that was the biggest drawback. But we enjoyed our stay.

Very quiet building! Only thing I had a problem with was when I tried to pull the blinds down it came off it’s not on correctly.

The actual location compared to the “approximate” location shown in the listing, is about half a mile west. The apartment is also on the fourth floor with about 62 steps to reach the door. The hosts don’t provide check in instructions until the morning of which, as someone who booked far in advance, was a bit nerve wracking. One of the showers did not work and the toilet kept running. We were able to fix the chain in the toilet but it clearly only needs a new chain so if that hasn’t been done, I’m not sure the property is being taken care of very well. It was an overall let down.

Description should note that this is a 4th floor walk up- no elevator. Host left 4 small towels. No washcloths, no hand towels. No Kleenex. No check in info was sent until I messaged the day of check in to ask. No WiFi info was provided until I asked for it. There is a reason there are no pictures of the “deck”.

Home icon address did not match actual address. Key access via lockbox was a challenge in snow and icy weather. Cleaning crew sure not finish their job prior to our check in, leaving dirty (and smelly) soiled dishes in dishwasher (and there was no dishwasher soap for us to do it when we arrived). One of the bed frames was broken (split wood separated from the frame and headboard). They did fix it on day two, but first night was uncomfortable. Shower needs shelf for toiletries, and the mini coffee maker was too small for more than one person.

The building was a little scary. No indication in listing that it was a 4th floor walk up. Both bathrooms was quite a bit little less than clean, especially since my price required a cleaning fee. Refrigerator was empty save from a water filter but it was unclean. With this being the first time I’m using Vrbo, I’m not sure I would use it again.
