Coral fireplace, wet bar in great room. Magnificent kitchen w/double wall oven, refrigerator, range, huge pantry closets, granite counter tops. Master has soaring ceilings, balcony on the ocean, deep jetted tub, and shower. All HD TVs with DVD/Blueray/Streaming . Four new 42" flat screens, one 55" in living room and one 32". Fully licensed. Security cameras overlooking beach / ocean deck and driveway.

House was roomy. Pool was a little small for 12 water pressure was very low and minimal hot water in kitchen. Beach view is beautiful.

Thanks, Debbie, for the helpful feedback. As we discussed on the phone after I saw your review, the kitchen faucet lever is reversed in convention from what is common elsewhere (an issue we will correct in the future). As you told me, the dishwasher next to the sink did have hot water, and I think the faucet would have provided hot water with the lever in the correct (unintuitive) position with a longer wait (the hot water heater is on the the 3rd floor). Unfortunately, our artesian well system does lead to a drop in pressure in the house when the garden hose is being used to fill the pool at full stream output. We recommend filling the pool more slowly. Thanks for alerting me on the phone to a potential plumbing leak from the 3rd floor bathroom. Our maintenance man did a quick check and did not see it recurring, and the guests staying in the house after you have not seen the problem (yet), but we will do a more thorough investigation when the house is unoccupied. We appreciate your staying on our property and would be delighted to host you again. Keith

Our family had a truly wonderful vacation at this rental home. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious the house is—it easily accommodated everyone while still allowing for privacy and comfort. It was also very well stocked, which made settling in and enjoying our stay that much easier.One of the absolute highlights was the location right on the ocean. Being able to hear the waves day and night created such a relaxing atmosphere, and we loved having direct access to the beach for fishing whenever we wanted. It felt like our own private slice of paradise, especially since the beach was mostly empty throughout our stay.When we were ready for a change from the sand and surf, the pool provided the perfect alternative. It was a great place to unwind, cool off, and spend time together as a family.While the interior of the home could benefit from some updating, it didn’t take away from our overall experience at all. Everything was comfortable and functional, and we were able to fully enjoy our time without any issues.Another bonus was the lack of crowds and traffic—something that made the entire trip feel even more peaceful and stress-free.Overall, this was a fantastic vacation, and we made some great family memories.

We actually were transferred from this condo to a single family home 3 miles north on A1A as an upgrade by the owner. It was very comfortable, and we spent a great deal of time on the beach and in the pool.

Fabulous family getaway

We stayed here with our children (17, 14 & 12). It was the perfect mix of beach and pool in a quiet setting. My wife and I enjoyed trail running, as well as the golf and tennis nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at this location! There was everything we needed and nothing that we missed! Definitely going back. Great having beach chairs, boogie boards and umbrellas accessible too!
