Welcome to the Black Bear Cottage, a private oasis in the heart of the Catskills located minutes from vibrant Livingston Manor. Surrounded by nature and just a stone-throw away from the countries best fly-fishing, hiking, breweries, wine bars, restaurants, interior shops and everything else Livingston Manor has to offer, The Black Bear Cottage is a year-round retreat for those craving nature and a good time.
Located on a dead end road just a 5 minute drive from Livingston Manor, The Black Bear Cottage sits on 3 acres overlooking the forest.
Relax on the deck looking out over your own private piece of paradise, watching wildlife roam around in the backyard. In the evenings, enjoy the Firepit, watch fireflies and stargaze from the hot tub or cook up a feast in the brand new chefâs kitchen.
With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a tiny house that sleeps two, The Black Bear Cottage is perfect for a group getaway. The cabin is newly renovated and boasts a fully equipped kitchen, TV with Netflix, Fubo, Peacock, hot tub and a library nook stocked with games and books. You are guaranteed to make great memories here year-round!
Please note the tiny house is seasonal and is not hooked up to water during the colder months. It has space heaters to keep you warm.
