Welcome to Cozy Palms PCB! Enjoy a relaxing stay in our 2-bedroom home & quick walk to the beach plus only 2 blocks from the boat launch. Relax in the brand new private pool and fenced yard for pets! Features include a cozy living area, updated washer & dryer, kitchen, TVs, board games, toys, and books. Close to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. This is a single-level duplex. Guests have access to the front of the house and go in through the door marked "A." We have room for 2 vehicles, but please let us know beforhand if you are going to need room for more than 1.

House was nice, wish the descrpition of the property was a little better. This is a duplex not a house. I didn't feel comfotable, Ifelt like the owners were snooping around.

We agree that clarity in a listing is important, and we have since updated the description to clearly note that the property is part of a duplex to avoid any confusion for future guests. As for privacy, we want to reassure future guests that we fully respect our guests’ space and do not monitor or enter the rental during stays. Any exterior presence is limited to routine property responsibilities and guest safety. We appreciate the feedback and wish you the best in your future travels.

Very welcoming property in a quiet neighborhood. Easy 6 minute walk to the beach, close to Publix and Dollar General, and very well stocked for a couple or small family to spend a few days visiting. Had a great kitchen with utensils, cookery, coffee makers, air frier- all that was missing was a microwave but we made do. Couldn’t even tell there were other people living in unit B- definitely recommend a stay. Thank you Mary for accommodating us and providing a space we felt comfortable bringing our elder dog to stay with us. Maybe next time we’ll get to use the outdoor patio and grill more- weather permitting!
