Reservation/Booking Policy ***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

The cottage was adorable! We had a wonderful stay. All the essentials were nicely provided. The bed was very comfortable. We were able to enjoy coffee and breakfast on the porch. We biked, beached and swam! Everything was within walking distance. Barely got in our car! I would highly recommend Angel in the Dunes for a get-away!

Host took a while to get back when reached out to. House was NOT CLEAN. Toilet was dirty, dog hair everywhere, lots of dust, walls were dirty and very beat up.

We were not contacted at any point during your stay regarding these concerns. Our records show that we sent arrival instructions at 12:47 PM on the day of check-in, providing early access to the home well before the standard 4:00 PM check-in time. You responded with “thank you,” and we did not receive any additional messages.
Additionally, the home was inspected prior to arrival, and photo documentation confirms it was cleaned thoroughly and was free of dog hair at that time. If there had been any concerns, we would have gladly sent our team back out right away to address them.
We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can promptly resolve any issues and ensure a comfortable experience.

The location was great. It was a couple minutes walk to the beach, but also the stores and restaurants. It was very walkable. I enjoyed having private beach access and having the bikes included. It was a very bike friendly community. We had to search for the bikes included and called the rental company. They placed them at the main house in front of us along with their bikes. That is also where the trash receptacles are located as well. A few amenities were lacking such as beach towels beach chairs and coffee filters for the regular coffee maker but there was 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels and soaps for kitchen and bathroom. This is all well communicated by the host before check in. Any questions we had were answered promptly. We enjoyed our time on the balcony and on the front deck. It was very quiet even though we were very close to everything. There are a few maintenance items that should be addressed in the future like broken blinds etc. but it did not affect our stay. Would recommend staying here because of location alone!
