Our records show that we sent arrival instructions at 12:47 PM on the day of check-in, providing early access to the home well before the standard 4:00 PM check-in time. You responded with “thank you,” and we did not receive any additional messages. Additionally, the home was inspected prior to arrival, and photo documentation confirms it was cleaned thoroughly and was free of dog hair at that time. If there had been any concerns, we would have gladly sent our team back out right away to address them.
