Extended Stays (30+ Nights)

Extended stays are welcome and offered as temporary lodging only. All reservations remain short-term accommodations and do not create a tenancy, residency, or lease under Florida law.

For extended visits, stays are approved in 31-day reservation periods. Additional 31-day extensions may be offered after review of property condition and compliance with house rules. Extensions are not automatic.

For insurance and compliance reasons, mail delivery, address changes, utility transfers, or residency claims are not permitted. The property address may not be used as a legal residence.

To maintain the home in excellent condition, periodic cleanings and maintenance inspections are required during extended stays. Reasonable notice will always be provided.

Utilities are included for normal short-term use. For extended stays, monthly utility allowances apply, and any documented overages may be billed through the platform.

All stays have a defined checkout date. Open-ended or indefinite occupancy is not permitted.
