Parfait pour un couple ou des familles qui souhaitent vivre Venise en étant détendu et respirer l'atmosphère de cette ancienne et merveilleuse ville.
L'appartement récemment rénové et confortable est situé au premier étage (sans ascenseur). This waa a charming apartment in the heart of Venice. Beyond the excellent accommodations, there were so many extra touches that elevated the experience....cold water in the fridge, cookies on the table, cute little espresso cups that my grandchildren enjoyed drinking their juice from, a variety of electric converters, a well stocked kitchen, including coffee and cooking essentials...the list goes on and on. And the yummy prosecco in the fridge was well enjoyed.The only problem we had was in the self check-in...although Daniella sent clear instructions and videos to follow, it was a little complicated to follow with 2 young children and luggage. So we used Google maps to get there, which led us PAST the apartment. Then we used her pictures to find the entrance and it was easy afterwards. We will definitely use this apartment again when we return to Venice!!

Such a nice Venetian apartment! Communication was kind and spot on. The location was great. A wonderful cafe was right around the corner along with restaurants and shops. Navigating around the city was easy because we just followed the “Hospidale” signs to get back to the apartment. Highly recommend.

This is the best place. I think I’ve ever stayed in on a trip. The host was absolutely wonderful and left a little Italian candies to eat while we were stayed there. She also sent us videos on how to get to the place. It made it so easy to get there. She also gave us good recommendations for restaurants, bookstores, and other things that we should see while we were there. She was incredible to work with! I couldn’t recommend this place more!

We stayed in Daniela’s flat for four days in April and enjoyed it tremendously. The location is great and the apartment is immaculate and lovely. It was comfortable in all ways and very well equipped. We enjoyed preparing several meals in the state of the art kitchen. Daniela kindly met us at the nearest vaporetto stop to guide us to the apartment and be sure we were settled. Our thanks to Daniela. We hope to stay in your wonderful flat again in the future. Clean, cute and in a great location! Stayed here with our two teenagers for 3 nights and it was perfect. The master bedroom is big. Nice little touches throughout the apartment. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay in Venice

Enjoyed our stay in Venice (minus the rainy weather) the apartment was perfect, had everything we needed and more. It was clean and cozy and easy to find with the incredible directions provided. Daniela was responsive and checked in to make sure we are okay and see if we needed anything, it was a nice touch! Would stay here again.

I am the mother of two wonderful childrens, Gemma Maria of 5 years and Francesco of 3 and a half years, they are the joy of my life and together with my husband Pietro we live everyday life with love and enthusiasm.
When we can, we love to travel although long journeys have been neglected given the tender age of our kids. In recent years our favorite destinations are the Ligurian sea, as I was born in Genoa and I still have all my loved ones there, the Adriatic coast, the Cavallino in particular, half an hour by boat from Venice and the mountain, the Trentino above all.
I love dedicating myself with care and dedication to my 'tourist rental' business, always trying to assist my guests at the best before and during their stay because, having traveled a lot especially abroad before becoming a mother, I know how important it is to assist guests who are abroad and do not know the habits and customs of the place where they are ... in the work I do every day, the satisfaction of my guests is surely my first goal ..

I always have loved the quiet areas of Venice far apart from the everyday crowd, this is the reason why I become very excited to buy this apartment .
It was originally my home and during this period I had the chance to give to it my personal touch; a little while later when I married and I moved on to the countryside , I decided to rent it to travelers and I had a great satisfaction from the feedback of my guests since everyone says that they feel here so comfortable like being home. The apartment infact is very cozy, spacious and well equipped with everything a guest may need during the stay..
