The Space:

Your next getaway to the Oregon Coast will be one to remember at this ocean view home in the Road's End district of Lincoln City. You'll be treated to a game room with a foosball table and a video game console to welcome you home from the beach. This recently redecorated house has everything you'll need to enjoy your stay, including a fireplace, an open layout that makes wonderful use of space, and a private grill on the deck - all within easy walking distance of the beautiful beach!



Places to Visit During Your Stay

You'll find beach access at Road's End State Recreation Site, which sits only a quarter-mile up the road. You'll be wonderfully removed from the bustling center of Lincoln City (four miles south), yet you'll be mere minutes by car from a variety of restaurants, major retail stores, and even a gaming casino. The Lincoln City Outlets await three miles south, and the Taft District is six miles south, where you can do a little crabbing on Siletz Bay.

Very clean when we checked in. You can see the ocean from the kitchen windows. Hot tub is amazing. It’s a very nice place and we all enjoyed it!

This was a great place to be near the beach if you are nice and quiet.

Great place - game room is not a little dark and there is a Ms. Pacman machine that did not work. Everything else was fine, although we got a text about being loud at 2:17 and then 2:27 in the morning. Didn't get it until the next day, we were asleep when it was sent.

Extremely Disappointed

Rented for Easter weekend. We have stayed at many vacation rental properties over the years and are 5 star guests. This is by far the worst one. With the exception of the neighborhood and the view the property is lacking maintenance needed, upkeep of amenities listed along with honesty from the listing published. For starters the Mrs. PacMan arcade machine doesnt even work(was supposed to send a technician but never did)(they thought the refund of 42 dollars after the trip was over was ok i guess(its not about the money its about the time with the kids), the foosball table has broken players so cant play this either,, there is no dart board like shown. The backdoor handle is broken only shuts with the deadbolt( if you go outside on the deck the door just blows open unless ypu prop it open or have someone lock it). Never sent the code for the hot tub (had to message for it) the lock was so corroded had to get wd-40 just to get it open, when we finally got to use it, count on the nosy neighbor looking out their window at you. Can't/don't bbq either, both tanks were empty (one has sat so long cant even turn the valve). The bbq is falling apart (paint chips will fall in your food) . The heat in the living room/dining room/kitchen works great but you will be freezing in the rest of the house unless you want to have the living room like a sauna( 70 living area / 50 in the bedrooms and bathrooms). So very disappointed. Clouded alot of my granddaughters 1st Easter& sons bday.

Great Location

We had a great stay in Roads End. This house is located close to beach access and makes it easy to walk to the beach without having to drive anywhere. Beautiful beach area with a lot of beach to walk. The house was set up perfect for our group. We all stayed comfortably and the house was pet friendly, which is important for our group. The house was clean (counters, furniture, bedding bathrooms, etc.) but could use a deep clean on floor edges, baseboards, and walls. Overall we would definitely stay here again. We had a very relaxing weekend with no issues. The house provided our group the space for wonderful family time and great memories made.

We all felt YOUR house rate was very reasonable. We were a bit surprised the taxes and fees charges were significantly more than what it cost to rent the place. Beds were comfortable, living room furniture not so much. The house was decorated very “beachy’ and very cute. Plenty to do for families and a great place to stay especially if you have kids. The location was great. I would re-rate the cleanliness a 3 out of 5. Throughout the stay we noticed more dust and dirt. The door to the outside deck by the kitchen in desperate need of repair and the inside walls and trim need a paint job. It looks like you are in the process of painting the outside and doing home repairs so that’s a good thing. We were out by 9am so that wasn’t a problem. The 10am checkout could be an issue if you have a lot of kids. All in all we thought the place itself was good.

Winter storm

Winter storm blew the roof off the house, maintenance there when we arrived but we didn't get word of it from Vacasa until more than 2 hours after we arrived. House was wet inside, beds and rugs wet. We made do and they gave us a substantial discount. However, the property looked a lot better online than it did in real life. It was not well stocked with cooking utensils, we had to go to the store to get coffee filters, and it was pretty run down inside. The house could have provided an exceptional stay if it had been well maintained and well stocked.

Overall, we had a great time. Great access to the beach. Plenty of room for all of us. Would’ve been nice if the windows were clean. They were so cloudy. You couldn’t look out the windows to see the beach, but you could see the beach from the deck. The code on the door would be nice if it was a little shorter. Be nice if we could leave the door unlocked when we were there I actually got locked out for an hour early one morning taking the dogs out to go to the bathroom. Otherwise it was great. We had a great stay. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

We were very excited about our stay at this vacation home, but unfortunately, we ran into several issues. In the game room, there were no darts for the dart board, and the foosball table had a broken player, which we had to fix ourselves in order to play. The ping pong table was fun, but it only had two good paddles. The arcade machine, as shown in the booking photos, didn't work at all. The main bathroom had a clogged shower drain filled with hair and debris, which we had to clean out ourselves before using it. Additionally, the bedrooms had sand in the beds, presumably from a previous visit to the beach. On the positive side, the house itself was pretty and we slept comfortably. We were also provided with plenty of house utilities and kitchen supplies. Overall, while the house had its charms and conveniences, it's unfortunate that we had to deal with these problems. We hope the management can address these issues for future guests.

Everything great except for the neighbor

The neighbor literally waited for it to be 10 pm to then tell us we had to get out of the hot tub no matter how quiet we were. She sat on the porch waiting every night to tell us and the other house on the other side that it was 10 pm and quiet time. Really rude and irritating. Bummer because the property was great and we really want to stay again but the neighbor really was a downer

It was nice, just a few small things.

We enjoyed our stay, we did have to clean the hot tub, it didnt have any clorine and the water was green with algae. There was no laundry soap and bleach. The house was nice, it was big. The kiddos loved the gaming room, pacman was fun. They also enjoyed ping pong. The toilet in the master bedroom was hard to flush. I also had to clean under the oven in the warming rack. There was a lot of crumbs. Just minor cleaning things, other then that we enjoyed the house. We appreciated the close access to the beach. Thank you for a nice stay.

Family friendly getaway

The house was clean and laid out in a way that allowed the kids to have their own space. The games and hot tub were a nice way to spend the day. Just a short walk to a very nice beach and quiet neighborhood. Easily fit our 2 families and it was great we could bring the dogs. Loved the porch for fresh air and relaxing. As soon as we got home my kids asked when we could go again! Thank you for sharing your home.

Great House for a Snowy Weekend

Great location with decent access to the beach. We had napping age kids there and it was easy enough to stay quieter for them to sleep. House was very nice. Downstairs area was a good hang out.

Great spot with just one downside

The house is comfortable and fun. We enjoyed the game room and ping pong. It’s close to the beach (although the access path is a little rough) and has lovely ocean views. The only downside was the neighbor. There are signs posted everywhere that make you feel like you have to walk on eggshells. When we were out in the hot tub with our kiddos she was glaring at us. Our dog slipped out the door once and went a few feet into her yard before we could call her back and the neighbor lectured us for 5 minutes. Unless they put up a fence we probably won’t come back because of this.

So much potential! Perfect size for a family get away. Extremely short walk to the beach. Had all the necessary utensils/pots/pans for cooking. BUT not only does it some attention/upkeep, but it didn’t appear to have been cleaned previous to us arriving. Oven was GROSS, human hair all over one of the bed sheets (mass amounts), moldy/mildewy shower curtain, sand all over the bedroom floor, tons of sand in the hot tub, inches of dust on the head boards, etc. If we’re paying large cleaning fees, clean the houses.

Great mini getaway

The house was smaller than it looked in the pictures but it fit our family of 9. There were plenty of rooms and beds. My kids loved the extra activities in the house (table tennis, arcade game). The view was nice. You could see the beach from many different areas. The hot tub was a bonus! Walking distance to the beach and casino.

The place itself was nice. A little disappointed that the hot tub did not work. I contacted the trip manager twice but they sent no one out to look at it. One major reason we picked this place. Otherwise location was nice.

Cute place but very outdated and over-used!!

Cute place with a great location! The house itself is not kept up very well and needs to be updated. The Foos ball table is taking apart. The dart board needs to be replaced
darts won’t stick into it. There is rust on the exterior of the house all over the place. The hot tub didn’t work. The towels have been over used and need to be replaced. There is a bucket attached to the chimney with a note saying that if the flashing around the chimney starts leaking again, use this bucket. Why wouldn’t you just fix the flashing on the roof instead of allowing water to run down your ceiling and have your tenants tend to it with a bucket??? 10am check-out time is ridiculous
12pm would be better, especially with a 4pm check-in time.
