The Space:

Private and perfectly perched on the white sand and blue waters of the Pacific, this Oregon Coast retreat will spoil you in no time. Boasting three floors and four accommodating bedrooms, there will be plenty of room for everyone to spread out in no time. When you want to grab a bit of fresh air, the deck will be just the place to sip a morning coffee or evening cocktail as you watch the tide ebb and flow. The second floor will be the hub for entertaining the whole gang, as the full kitchen, living room, and dining areas seamlessly lead together making the perfect space to mingle as the chef of the group whips up a tasty meal. The lower floor is home to two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The other two bedrooms, including the main suite, are located on the third floor. The main bedroom contains a king bed, desk, and ensuite bathroom complete with a deep jetted tub. When everyone wants to settle down for the night, free WiFi and multiple flatscreen TVs await for streaming favorite movies and shows. After a long outdoor adventure, you'll love soothing your tired muscles in the private hot tub!

Rockaway beach is perfect for those wanting to get a taste of the coastal lifestyle. With small-town shops, restaurants, and calm beaches, you will have plenty of options for how to use each dreamy day away. Overall it is a nice place to stay for larger groups. Beautiful view of the ocean coastline. Being close to everything is nice. Only downsides are cleanliness and a few broken things that need a little attention. Fun stay.

The property is conveniently situated near most amenities and offers beautiful ocean views. The hosts respond quickly to questions and concerns.However, we regret to note that there are some maintenance issues present. The downstairs areas and furnishings could certainly use a good cleaning and update.

This is a beautiful home with lots of space and incredible views. The walkin shower needs cleaned better, the private hot tub is semiprivate, if no one is next door, and the WiFi had issues the entire time. Small inconveniences to an overall amazing stay.

This house was wonderful! It has the most amazing views, the hot tub was fantastic, and the master bedroom had the most phenomenal view. It was spacious for a large group and had most everything we needed.

The house was wonderful. A couple things could have used some repair. And internet/tv didn’t work well. But the views are beautiful. Very clean house and lots of room. I would throughly recommend to anyone and will be back.
Three levels the middle level is the main entrance. There’s also no bedroom on the main entrance

This home had a lot of choices for bedrooms but was a bit inconsistent. The madter is unbelievable but ither rooms are smallish. No games for the kids (pool, foosball, etc.) was a drawback. ut we rented 2 homes and kids gravitated to the other house that did have games. Well furnished. The stair carpets need to be replaced. They are dirty and stained. The lods locked is out of onr bathroom and we had to go to the hardware store to get a key to open the door. These are all minor issues and the home is lovely and fun was had by all.

Long Weekend on the Beach!

This house was perfect for our family! The views were amazing and beach access was a short walk down the street! The house has plenty of room to spread out and the hot tub was lovely at the end of the day. We would definitely stay here again!
