Other things to note:



Parking: There is space in the garage and two more spaces in the driveway. Vehicles that cannot be parked outside the home include trailers, box trucks or campers.



There is a Bluetooth speaker system provided for your enjoyment, which requires a free app that can be downloaded for Android or iPhones.



Cast iron skillet use: please do not put in the dishwasher. Hand wash only and use a paper towel to lightly coat with oil after use to prevent rusting.

You're just a quick hop, skip, and a jump from Naples' gorgeous beaches, ideal for a day of soaking up the sun and splashing in the sea. If you're into shopping and eating out, the fancy shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue South are only about a ten-minute drive. You can check out all sorts of yummy food, from relaxed cafes to fancy restaurants. If you're keen on being outdoors, the Briarwood community has lovely walking trails and sports facilities. You can take a gentle walk or get active with tennis, pickleball, or basketball. For your everyday needs, there are plenty of shops and supermarkets just a short drive away.
