Bienvenue dans notre appartement d'hôtes au Vermont!

Notre appartement est une location non fumeur, située sur une propriété non fumeur *. L'appartement est nouvellement construit dans notre garage nouvellement construit. Entrée privée dans cour latérale. L'appartement se compose d'une chambre avec lit queen et placard, d'une cuisine complète avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et des sièges de style bar, d'un salon avec canapé-lit et d'une salle de bain complète qui contient une laveuse et une sécheuse. L'espace contient également une mezzanine supplémentaire avec un lit queen. Il est nouveau et a une sensation confortable et contemporaine!
La propriété est située à moins de cinq kilomètres du lac Champlain, de l'Université du Vermont et du centre-ville de Burlington. Nous sommes à 30 minutes de Bolton Valley, à 45 minutes de Stowe et Smuggs et à 50 minutes de Sugarbush. Randonnée, ski et couchers de soleil au bord du lac sont tous à proximité!

This guest apartment has everything you could ask for and is so convenient to all the things you could want to do in the area. The apartment was spotlessly clean and located in a quiet neighborhood allowing for a great nights sleep. Amy and Brent were wonderful hosts offering ideas for things to do and places to eat in the area. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend their apartment to friends and family that might be traveling to the area.

They were excellent hosts. Great communication, recommendations, and location. They pay attention to detail. Size of the place is bigger than what my husband and I needed (bonus!) and they kindly had it stocked for us (laundry detergent, Toiletrees, paper towels, coffee, local snacks upon arrival) I was thinking it would be louder since it’s by the airport and in a residential area but it’s not. If you want to visit the Burlington area and not stay at a hotel or resort I would recommend here. Easy drive to neighboring towns. It was perfect for us.

Property owners weren’t only very open and forward with communication, they were personable and greeted us as we were checking in. The place was perfect for a weekend getaway tucked away in a quiet neighborhood far enough out of the city to be quiet at night, but close enough to grocery stores and pharmacies to walk. The place was immaculate and the owners showed they take great care of the place and the customer experience. Have had several stays in Burlington with VRBO and other apps, this place was the top of my list.

This is our second time staying here and it was just as great as remembered! It’s conveniently located to grocery stores and a short drive to downtown Burlington. The apartment is well stocked with essentials and cooking gear. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

We built this property so that the grandparents could visit our children during trips to the area. The "apartment" has its own entrance, "sleeping loft", a yard and, in the winter, a skating rink!
