Cuisine entièrement équipée et tout le luxe de la maison. Situé sur la piste cyclable de la ville, à moins d'un mile du centre-ville de Burlington et à 1h30 de Montréal. Derrière vous se trouve votre plage privée de sable et baignable et à l'avant se trouve un parc de la ville avec des champs et une aire de jeux. MEILLEUR emplacement en ville! Restaurants, brasseries, galeries d'art tous accessibles à pied. Trois miles à l'aéroport et les transports en commun 2 portes plus bas! Il s'agit d'un duplex dans le quartier historique du Canada français. Nous, les propriétaires, vivons à côté, mais vous avez toute l'intimité dont vous avez besoin! Les tout-petits sont les bienvenus, lit bébé porta fourni.

We really enjoyed our stay in Burlington . House was super clean and was very convenient to downtown , bike / walking paths , UVM and other area attractions. Deb and John were great hosts , very helpful with area and restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay here again if in this area!!!

We had another enjoyable stay at John and Deb's place. The location is perfect for exploring Burlington and the surrounding area while also providing plenty to see, eat, and drink within a 5 minute walk. Communication was timely and exceptionally helpful. We can't wait to stay again!

This is a great place in a quiet neighborhood near the lake. Walking distance to some very good breweries answer restaurants and not too far from downtown. Would stay again!

Amazing beach getaway!

This property was an amazing beach getaway in Burlington. The owners Deb and John were incredibly welcoming and kind and we will be back! Only a short 2 minute walk to an amazing private beach.

We have nothing but positive things to say about our stay here! Deb was incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with. Parking was easy to find at all hours of the day, and the location was perfect! We will certainly check availability here for future trips to Burlington!

Nice location

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a good location for us, we walked the trail to town and lovely park on the lake nearby. House is very nicely done and very clean. The bed was comfortable and bath was very well furnished with nice extras. The sofa was a little too low and soft for us, but nice kitchen chairs. Would stay here again.

We totally renovated the entire house in 2013, and just completely redecorated and repainted the entire apartment. Fresh update!

Plus we follow strict cleaning and safely protocol.
