Welcome to your coastal escape at the 9400 Building, a bright and inviting 4th-floor oceanfront condo offering direct beach access, a private balcony with wide-angle views, and an unbeatable midtown location. Enjoy walking distance to restaurants, retail, coffee shops, mini golf, and the Art League of Ocean City, with quick access to Northside Park, Jolly Roger, Fenwick attractions, and more.



Inside, the split floor plan offers comfortable separation between bedrooms and living spaces — ideal for families or groups seeking privacy. The living room provides a relaxing place to gather, complete with a TV offering cable, plus a selection of DVDs, VHS tapes, and board games for classic entertainment.



The kitchen is equipped with stainless-steel appliances and everything needed for easy meals at home or snacks for the beach. Step outside onto the expansive 25-foot balcony and enjoy ocean breezes, coffee at sunrise, or peaceful evening downtime after your day in the sun.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes. Please keep in mind that coastal living sometimes brings shifting weather, nearby construction, or local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but some outdoor elements are unavoidable in Ocean City.



If anything seems off — an appliance issue, a maintenance need, or anything unexpected — please notify us immediately. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly. While such issues do not qualify for refunds, we always do our best to resolve them quickly.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before your arrival, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. A $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition.



Ocean City enforces strict noise ordinances. Violations may result in fines or removal without refund.



Each property has its own set of house rules. Completing your reservation confirms your agreement to follow them.
