Condo récemment rénové de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain dans le carrousel!
Pendant les locations d'été du dimanche au dimanche (évitez les files d'attente pour l'enregistrement le samedi)

Chaque piÚce de cette unité a été rénovée au cours des 3 derniÚres années.

Chambre principale: lit king size (matelas remplacé en 2019), télévision à écran plat avec cùble xfinity, salle de bains en suite avec nouvelle cabine de douche (rénovée au printemps 2019). La salle de bain intérieure est la porte de la buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse PLEINE TAILLE (dans l'unité, pas besoin d'aller ailleurs).

DeuxiÚme chambre: lit queen, lit superposé double / pyramide.

DeuxiÚme salle de bain: rénovée en 2018. Nouvelle baignoire, nouvel évier, nouveaux sols. TV avec cùble Xfinity.

Nouvelle cuisine du chef: rénovée au printemps 2018. Comptoirs en granit, armoires à fermeture amortie, barre oblique inversée, tous les appareils en acier inoxydable, machine à glaçons au congélateur!
(Ce que vous construiriez si vous vouliez rénover votre propre maison!)

Salon: CanapĂ© avec lit gigogne. Lit double qui peut ĂȘtre placĂ© dans le salon ou au pied du lit dans la chambre principale.

Dans l'unitĂ© Wifi (le wifi fourni par le carrousel est TRÈS LENT en Ă©tĂ© mais cette unitĂ© a son propre modem 300 Mbps et son routeur wifi. De cette façon, vous ne partagez pas l'unitĂ© unique avec le reste du bĂątiment (pas de retard ni de retard mĂȘme pendant les semaines de pointe).

Le plus grand chauffe-eau autorisé par le code. De cette façon, la famille ENTIÈRE peut venir de la plage et prendre une douche, vs devoir attendre ou aller dßner sans rincer car l'unité normale de 25 gallons ne suffit que pour 2 ou 3 personnes avant de prendre une douche froide.

Nouvelle unitĂ© HVAC installĂ©e Ă  l'automne 2017. ExtrĂȘmement FROID mĂȘme pendant les jours les plus chauds de l'Ă©tĂ©.

We stay here twice a year for a local event, and booking is very easy. The condo is clean and comfortable. We will continue to book every May and October!

Unit was very clean. Was a good size for our group. Would love for there to be more space to store food items. Like in the pantry cabinets. There’s a lot of dishes and just random stuff (like tools) throughout the cabinets. The heat works VERY well. My only complaint was our fridge was not working(noticed upon check in) Light was on and it was running but not cooling our items. It was so warm that it kinda smelled. I did reach out to Paul and he was very responsive. Unfortunately, I didn’t hear anything else from him after stating he would reach out to the tech. More communication even if he wasn’t able to get someone out would’ve been nice. We had to purchase a cooler just to keep our perishables cold. Other than that our stay was great! We’ve stayed at the carousel before and the kids love all the fun amenities!

Had a wonderful stay. The condo was beautiful. The kids loves swimming in ocean and pools. I, at 83, loved sitting on balcony watching the ocean and everyone on the beach. Nice breezes and sunny everyday. Would come back in a heartbeat. Best vacation ever.

Nice Location, Beautiful View

My friends and I and their young children enjoyed our stay. The location is close to restaurants and the grocery store. The balcony view provides a beautiful view of the ocean. The resort is a bit dated but has a lot of entertainment options when the weather wasn’t great for being outside. Only negative was having to bring our own linens. I would suggest adding the option to pay for this service, if desired.

Family Vacation

The property was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had enough pots, pans and dishes for our needs. The view was great. We even saw a pod of Dolphins from the balcony one morning. I spoke to the owner before our stay and he seemed very nice. Just remember to bring toilet paper and paper towels (we forgot). Luckily the Food Lion was right across the Steet.

Great Spot for Families!

We had a wonderful trip staying in this condo. It had just enough space for a family of four (two under 2). Our daughter loved the bunk bed and we were able to sleep in there too if needed. Great views and walking distance to everything you could need. Great having a washer and dryer for towels and bathing suits. Would definitely book again!

Family vacation 2024

Very clean and well equipped. Beautiful oceanfront balcony and wonderful bay front balcony. Bathrooms were a little small and bedrooms somewhat crowded. We loved our weekly. Location was great.

My trips to Ocean City Maryland started when I was so young I cannot remember how old I was when I started. I remember packing the whole family into my parents mini-van, following my grandfather in his wagon and stressing about leaving as early as possible because we needed to make sure we got 1 of the rare parking spaces that let you block in a second car so we had a parking space for both cars all week. I also know I was in college before I got a BED during the family beach trip each year, and that was only because I finally could rent my own place for the trip. My sister, my cousins and I were always on sleeping bags (each year there was at least 10 people in the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo). At the time we rented something that may have had 3 queen size beds between the 2 rooms and a pull out couch. We always traveled to ocean city as kids with my parents, grand parents and aunts/uncles. So when I finally saved enough to put down a down payment, we did that as a family as well. The family all takes turns each summer taking care of the upkeep and in the off season loves to come and stay/work from the property!

Year round I (Paul) manage the property and would be the primary point of contact for rental guests, but the whole family believes in karma and wants the guests to feel like they are guests in the family home, not just renters we want to get every penny out of. If a product or feature doesn't live up to our own standards for our home, why would we make our guests deal with it. If something breaks, we remember how much went into planning that one big vacation each year and we don't want a broken pipe or stove to cause someone else to miss out on a great vacation so we always try to resolve issues ASAP and often just replace with new vs trying to make someone wait for replacement parts.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We always loved ocean city as a family, and when I was little my parents always wanted a place in ocean city since we rented there EVERY SUMMER. I picked the carousel because it is top of the line as far as buildings in Ocean City condos go. With an ice rink, hotel and all the other great features, plus a full time condo office that helps the owners give guests that true onsite support experience! When looking for somewhere to stay in the off season, many of the other buildings are staffed with maybe 1 or 2 locals, the carousel is staffed full time year round. They have many conferences and often even have things like children's ice hockey tournaments! Just remember if you are coming to an event at the carousel, renting directly from an owner is FAR cheaper than the conference rate the hotel charges, and then you get a whole condo instead of small bedroom!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This is a home away from home, not a rental where every corner is cut to save a few bucks. If you want newer beds, nice kitchen pots/pans and all the features you would need to live somewhere, not just sleep and need to go out for every meal, you found the correct property! One other note is that with me you will have an owner who makes response to inquiries a priority, I try to answer most emails within an hour if during the day, and first thing the next day if over night. If you read our reviews you will see how much past guests have enjoyed great communication! We have repeat guests who come back and cook large meals like thanksgiving each year, and without complaint have always marveled at how stocked the kitchen is to cook meals you just would not think you could cook in a beach rental. We even have everything you need to steam crabs if you are really trying to take the DIY crabbing experience to the limit (but personally on vacation I prefer crab bag on 130th). We also remember all those times as a kid when I didnt get a bed, so the second bedroom is filled with a queen and full/twin pyramid bunk so everyone can get a bed (all the mattresses are also new, so you can get a good night sleep, not a lumpy hand me down rest other others brought down after they replaced the ones at their own home).

Finally, I also love that everyone can get a warm shower. I remember having to decide between going to dinner smelling like the beach or taking a cold shower after the first 2 people used all the hot water. With the unit we installed (the largest we could get) everyone gets a warm shower and there is still hot water to spare since it can keep up with the load!
