The Space:

Surf Residences is one of our newest condominium developments within the exclusive Punta Mita community, where guests can enjoy a unique experience of exclusivity, tranquility, and privacy, surrounded by nature, stunning beaches, and an exceptional culinary offering.



Guest Access:

As a guest of Surf 532, you will enjoy a Punta Mita Premier Golf Membership, which grants access to a carefully curated selection of exclusive amenities within the community. Use of these amenities is subject to a daily resort fee, applicable throughout the duration of your stay.



Key benefits include access to four private beach clubs: Pacífico Beach Club, Kupuri Beach Club, El Surf Club, and Sufi Ocean Club, each located along beautiful beachfront settings and offering full restaurant service, available to vacation rental guests.



Additionally, the membership includes access to two world-class golf courses, Pacífico and Bahía, both designed by Jack Nicklaus, as well as the Tennis and Fitness Centers and over four miles of scenic trails, perfect for walking or jogging throughout Punta Mita.



The Neighborhood:

Located within Punta Mita’s gated Surf Residences, the property offers a balance of privacy and proximity. The charming town of Punta de Mita is just 10 minutes away, with beachside restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, and vibrant local life. Playa La Lancha—home to El Surf Club—is the closest beach club, known for its laid-back atmosphere and surf-friendly waves. Hidden beaches, coastal trails, and local markets are also nearby, waiting to be explored.



Getting Around:

A 6-passenger golf cart is included for your convenience, making it easy to move between beach clubs, town, and nearby attractions. Many of Punta Mita’s best spots are just a short drive or cart ride away.

A one-night Refundable Security Deposit will be charged at check-in

Cancellation policy:

1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees. 2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Head over to your online Rental Specialist to request your refund. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Contact your Rental Specialist.



House rules:

Suitable for children (2-12 years old).

Enter and leave the property at the times marked for check in and check out.

Always treat the service staff with respect and dignity.

Notify immediately about any damage or incident on the property.

After 22hrs, loud music is not allowed and we ask to maintain a moderate noise level.

Do not exceed the number of guests in the reservation.

No eating in the pool.

No food in the bedrooms.

No climbing on the couches with shoes.



No pets allowed.
