Wonderful stay!

We have visited Los Veneros on multiple vacations and stayed in many units and this was one of our favorites. Communication with the owner was excellent. The cook services he arranged for us were wonderful! We look forward to returning!

Ideal Family Spring Break

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Los Veneros at this property. The unit was gorgeous, clean and laid out well. The outdoor/indoor living space is ideal for enjoying meals outside and relaxing to watch the sunset. The property itself was awesome for our family with three young children it felt very private and safe. Kids loved the pool, hot tub and just playing on the large flat beach. Our property manager Esteban did a great job communicating with us and setting up our airport car service and chef for our entire stay. Our chef Cynthia was so kind and accommodating, we will absolutely be back again!

Another amazing stay at Los Veneros!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home was beautiful, rooms were large and comfortable, the views stunning. We paid extra for a chef and Betsy was incredible and made our stay with 5 kids so easy. The pool is the best! Amenities are fantastic. Our favorite vacation destination - perfect for all ages. There were a couple issues that we encountered - not a big deal but some things for future guests to know: 1) the check-in process was confusing as the address and map on the vrbo listing was incorrect and took us to a location 15 minutes away from where the property actually was. make sure you map to los veneros. 2) Additionally, we did not receive any check in information from the host so we didn't know what apartment we were staying in so had to call/text many times from the front gate where they wouldn't let us in without our apartment number. Ensure you have received check in info from the host before arrival. I assumed it would just be in the vrbo listing but it wasn't. 3) There was a huge spider the size of my hand on my daughter's pillow when we arrived. We tried to catch it but were unsuccessful. That was a little disconcerting but Esteban was quick to offer solutions and ensured us it was not poisonous. Other than that, Esteban was incredibly kind and communicative. My husband left his medication at the property and Esteban offered to ship it to us which we are so appreciative of. We cannot wait to stay at this amazing place again!

Fantastic stay

Beautiful property in Los Veneros. The view was amazing, pools and beach were great. Esteban helped us hire a shuttle for transportation as well as a chef to cook for us. It is a little far from the town of Punta Mita so I recommend a car if you want to do a lot of tours or go downtown to eat. The hotel next door is a Marriott and has 3 restaurants in it so you don’t need to travel if you don’t want to. It’s a 20 minute Uber to town. Would stay again. Condo easily slept 22-14 people in beds.

Unbeatable view and beach!

What an incredible place to call home for a week. Our family loved our time at this place. 180 degree ocean view. We got to see whales migrating during our breakfast on the patio! The pool and beach are right there. The home was clean and the owner helped connect us with Susi who was our chef during our stay. She was lovely and cooked delicious meals for breakfast and lunch each day. We also enjoyed the on-site market and restaurant. Overall amazing experience for our whole family.
