Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Newly remodeled bottom floor corner-unit offers spacious open living concept with a view of the pool & Intercoastal waterway!! Only a 1.5 block walk to the white sandy beaches, the 2-bedroom 2-bath condo easily sleeps 6 people with comfortable, vibrant furnishings, TVs in every room, and a Murphy bed tucked in the large living area. Fully stocked galley kitchen, complimentary beach essentials, high-speed WiFi, onsite laundry, and assigned parking!

This beautiful condo, with its coastal vibe decor, seamlessly flows, offering you everything for a perfect getaway! Living and dining room open concept, generously appointed kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. The Master Bedroom Suite has a large walk-in closet with an attached bath and a spacious guest bedroom with an adjacent hall bath. The furniture is super comfortable, and a large cabinet reveals a Murphy bed. Dining for 6 with a view of the pool, or enjoy your coffee in your private screened-in porch/sun room in the morning.

This is a first-floor unit with a view of the pool directly on the intercoastal waterway with a dock for fishing. We provide complimentary beach towels, beach chairs, and an umbrella. High-speed internet, assigned parking for one vehicle, and an on-site free laundry room. This super location is only 2 blocks from the beach and John's Pass, which features a treasure trove of shops, restaurants, and attractions.

The quaint 14-unit condo has common areas which include the pool, barbecue grill, and outside tables all overlooking the intercoastal waterway.

Local attractions just minutes away include John's Pass, Madeira Beach, Sanding Ovations (end November - check dates), guided boat tours, kayaking, sunset yacht cruises, Sunken Gardens, downtown St. Petersburg with restaurants and shopping, and year-round festivals!

The condo was super clean and very conveniently located. The dolphins out back were an added bonus and being 5 minutes walk from the beach was amazing. Cheryl was super responsive and the extra touches (like beach chairs, boogie board and cups) made it that much better. I would 100% stay again!

Fantastic condo that does exactly what it says. Stay here if you want to have a base in a calmer part of the St. Petersburg, where it looks like the clocks stopped turning in the 50s/60s. It's beautiful and so is the beach which is 5 min walking. Beds are comfortable, in particular theaster bedroom one. Great pool with dolphins coming very close. Also, there's everything you need in the apartment, from salt and pepper over dishwasher detergent to beach accessories. Great stay!

The property is such a perfect place to relax, enjoy the water and wildlife and still be close enough to food places and access to transport if you want to go further.The kitchen is great if you want to cook here too, everything we needed.The patio and dock is so relaxing and we were fortunate to see dolphins and manatee swim by when we were there.The pool is a great place to cool off!Less than a 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach for amazing sunsets.Cheryl is fantastic too, always ensuring we were happy, she made us feel so welcome and at home ...we will not hesitate to return.We cannot recommend this apartment and location enough.

The rooms were clean. The living space was big and the pull out bed is always a favorite. The hose was easy to get ahold of. She let us enter an hour earlier then check in time. The pool is great. It is right on the water so you can watch boats go by while swimming.

We had the most fabulous time! The condo was perfect for our family of 5. We used the Murphy bed which the kids thought was awesome. We had a pool view and a bay view where we got to see dolphins and manatees swim right by! Very magical experience. We could easily walk to the beach in less than 10 minutes. Cheryl is very helpful and good at communicating. We will definitely be back!

Very clean and comfortable condo. Distance to the beach was perfect. The added beach items also made it great. There was some coffee for us when we arrived which was great. The host also went above and beyond by giving me a sympathy card when shortly before the planned trip I reached out because I thought I was going to have to cancel with very short notice. It was very easy to communicate with the host for anything. You will not be disappointed with your stay here.

Our expectations were much exceeded with our stay. Kitchen is well stocked with high quality items, there are extra amenities like beach gear, lots of toilet paper and paper towels, soaps, and laundry detergent for use. The pool is nice as well. We enjoyed our stay so much.

Very nice accomodation! Quiet neighborhood, the canal was a bonus with a very nice sunset view. We have everything we needed, if not, Cheryl our host makes it a point to fulfill within reason. She responds very quickly… best host ever! Tracy was also very nice and kept the place clean and well stocked. The kitchen has everything we needed, they have lots of items we can bring to the beach, the pool was clean. Overall, excellent!
