Bruce State Park, avec ses neuf miles de plages naturelles immaculĂ©es, n'est qu'Ă  quelques minutes de votre escapade Ă  la plage. Un excellent emplacement et un intĂ©rieur agrĂ©able font de cette maison un choix parfait pour vos vacances. Dispose de deux chambres au premier niveau. La premiĂšre est une suite parentale avec baignoire Ă  jets et un lit king-size californien qui surplombe le golfe. La seconde est une chambre bien amĂ©nagĂ©e avec un lit queen et une salle de bain en suite. La troisiĂšme chambre est un loft pour enfants ouvert de 12 pieds de haut avec 2 ensembles de lits mezzanines. Le salon a Ă©galement un canapĂ©-lit queen size. Plusieurs tĂ©lĂ©viseurs / DVD BluRay, stĂ©rĂ©o et WiFi. Les installations extĂ©rieures comprennent une promenade privĂ©e vers la plage, une douche extĂ©rieure pour rincer une journĂ©e de plaisir dans le sable, un barbecue de style parc pour des repas en famille amusants, une grande table de pique-nique et deux balcons spacieux donnant sur le golfe. Great location. Home needs to be updated and deep cleaned. Jacuzzi tub unusable, nasty. Beds for couches is odd and were very uncomfortable. Had to bring in our lawn chairs sit in to watch tv. Sleeping beds were comfortable. One towel per person was not enough. Constantly having to wash towels on vacation. The house was stocked with some good cookware but some needs replaced. Over all had a good time with family for Thanksgiving. Would not stay in this home again.

This is a great little house with direct beach access. Everything was clean and well furnished. There were some minor things that could use handyman attention, but that seems to always be the case with rental properties. I gave 4 stars on communication because I messaged the host when we got into town and never heard back, but it wasnt a big deal, no telling what might be happening in their life. Would definitely visit again.

This is a beautiful home and a great location! We appreciate the opportunity to stay there. One suggestion we would make, is to perhaps put blinds in the loft where the children sleep. Our little ones, four and six, had trouble going to sleep due to the lights from the nearby businesses. They also woke up early because the room was light by 7 AM. Thanks again for the opportunity to stay there!

Absolutely Charming

Great location within walking distance of local attractions. Had a wonderful experience kayaking in the ocean while being surrounded by dolphins. Such a charming house.

Great location, not clean

The house is in a great location but needs to be cleaned. Surfaces were clean but when you look at bookshelves and things sitting around, there’s just a lot of dust on everything and carpet is dirty. Outside was our biggest concern did not seem like it was prepared for arrival at all. Patio table upside down next to the deck, broken trash around on the ground in front and behind the house. On the deck downstairs, there was a coil of nails for a nail done and they were loose nails on the deck and in the driveway. Looks like the last people I collected a lot of shelves. They were left on the deck on the furniture and not cleaned up at all. There were no towels at all to use in the kitchen. There’s one sponge and one handy wipe but nothing to dry anything with. We were a family of eight there were enough large bath towels, but only a couple hand towels and a couple washcloths. Location again was beautiful and mattresses were good.

2024 beach trip

We had a great stay! It was convenient to everything and most places were close enough to walk to! The house was very clean! It could use some updating on appliances!, however everything was functional and we had everything we needed! we had a great family vacation!!!!!

great location

Great spot on St. George Island. We enjoyed our stay here and loved the porches & ocean views. Home is right near the center of town so convenient to restaurants, stores and the ice cream shop. But just enough away from the public beach that it wasn't crowded at all. Had a great early fall getaway!

Short Fishing Break

Everything about the house is comfortable with the exception of the refrigerator. The rust in the freezer is deplorable and the side of the fridge is really dirty. I would also recommend a touch up to the paint on the stairway wall going up to the loft. The location and the view can't be beat though and the master bedroom was very comfortable.

We had a very enjoyable stay on sgi. The beach was handy and relatively uncrowded for a holiday weekend. The house was easy to be in and to get in and out of.

Enjoyed or 5 nights. Very clean rental and good communication with owner. Beds and futons were super comfortable with memory foam mattresses! So outdoor maintenance needs and deck door lock, but overall a pleasant and comfortable stay and location!

Great location!

Great location right on the beach, close to restaurants and stores. Three full bathrooms were a bonus. Master bedroom bottom floor has a great view but is super bright at 6:30am, bring a mask. Place is dated but appliances work fine and washer and dryer are pretty new.

A home away from home...

This trip ranked number 1 of our bi-annual trips to Florida! The location of this property was perfect! Everyday we walked to stores, the playground, and the basketball courts where my teenagers played basketball everyday. The island has a very family, friendly atmosphere. The beach is beautiful and not crowded even when we went at spring break. The house was clean, and the set up worked great for our large family! The futons out in the family room were so comfortable. My teenage son chose to sleep there as well! The sun rises right over the water, and the place has absolutely breathtaking views! The first morning we were there, we found starfish on the shore every few steps! The state park on the island is gorgeous. Next time we come, we will definitely plan to rent bikes, as it is a perfect place for that (not hilly and very little traffic. A few things that need a touch of care are the screens (we weren't able to open the windows in most rooms), the washer (the dial doesn't work, so I couldn't even tell what setting it was on), and the sprayer outside (it is rusted pretty badly and sprays out the front and back, however the option for warm/hot water was wonderful!). There was no laundry basket either which was challenging. The house does not have beach toys, chairs, or any beach gear. You have to bring your own. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, dishes, silverware, etc. The tv was great as we could watch just about anything we wanted to.
