The Loft features an open-concept layout that feels bright and spacious from the moment you arrive. High ceilings and large windows throughout the unit enhance the airy atmosphere, allowing natural light to fill every room. The well-equipped kitchenette offers everything needed for convenience during your stay, while the dining area comfortably seats four and provides beautiful sunset views—ideal for relaxed meals or quiet evenings.

The living area is designed for comfort, with ample seating for lounging, reading, or unwinding after a day of exploration. A dedicated office nook offers a quiet workspace for guests needing to check in with work or simply enjoy a peaceful spot for writing or planning activities.

The Loft is located on the second floor of Harbour Master Suites on Dock Street. Covered exterior staircases and walkways provide access throughout the property. Street parking is available; boat parking is not provided.

Your stay is designed for both privacy and convenience. Detailed arrival instructions and amenity information will be provided prior to check-in, and the McCormick Management team is available throughout your visit to assist with any needs.

Located in the heart of Cedar Key, this historic Gulf Coast island community offers walking access to downtown shops, restaurants, parks, beaches, and local attractions. Embrace the island’s laid-back charm, rich history, and vibrant arts scene. Golf cart and bike rentals are also available for a fun and easy way to explore the area.

Cedar Key is a highly walkable destination, making it easy to experience the island at your own pace.

Please note: This unit does not allow pets. This unit has a 2 person occupancy and allows 1 small child.
-Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying
-Do not trespass on other people`s property, this includes docks and driveways
-Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-This unit does not allow pets. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
- Primary renter must be at least 25 years old or active military.
- ESA and service animals require documentation and adherence to our policies.
- Do not set the AC below 72° or heat above 78°.
- If there are kayaks or bikes included in the rental, use these responsibly, following all Florida regulations. Not all units under management include kayaks or bikes, please reference the listing to see included amenities. You confirm you are trained in the use of kayaks and bicycles. You are responsible for any damages or injuries resulting from their use.
