The Space:

We offer an extremely comfortable home for your family or friends. Our home includes a dining room, cozy living room, 2 bathrooms and 3 Bedrooms--equipped with 2 Queen Beds on the first level, and 1 queen bed on the upstairs loft.



There is also a queen air mattress should for additional people in your group.



Located minutes away from local restaurants, bars and nightlife. Easy access to major highways, downtown KC, shopping and all of KC's attractions. It is also WIFI equipped and has a flat screen ROKU TV with access to your favorite streaming channels with your own login, located in the living space, bedroom and dining/game room.



The well appointed kitchen is equipped with appliances, pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker, and an abundance of spices for cooking your favorite meals.



Your perfect stay is our first priority and we are available if you need us, but offer you complete privacy as well. We accommodate both long term and short term rentals.

Our location primarily houses families and KU Medical Center residents. We offer proximity:



A few minutes away from the vibrant 39th street shopping district.

5-minute drives to Westport, Plaza area, and landmarks like the Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC, and Kemper Museum.

10-minute rides to downtown KC, Crown Center, Lego Land, Sea Life Aquarium, and Hy-Vee Arena.

Approximately 25-30 minutes from Worlds of Fun, Arrowhead, and Royals stadiums.



Getting Around:

The most efficient modes of transportation involve driving yourself or easily accessing rides through readily available Uber or Lyft services.



Other Things to Note:

House Rules:

-No smoking inside, no parties or gathering beyond the maximum occupancy.

-Should the no-party policy be violated, you will be requested to vacate the premises and forfeit your rental payment. We reserve the right to impose a $500 fine for breaching these regulations.



-Before booking, local guests are kindly requested to message us. Hosting local guests without prior authorization or pre-approval is not within our policy and will not be accommodated. We reserve the right to decline or refuse a reservation if the appropriate pre-screening process is not completed.



-PETS are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$50 per pet per stay

-Pets must be crated while unsupervised and house trained; guests are responsible to pick up after their dogs, any excessive trash/feces found in the yard will be fined. Please be responsible pet owners :)



Interaction with Guests:

Feel free to reach out through the Airbnb app if you have any questions during your stay. While we're nearby, we typically avoid direct interaction with guests unless it becomes necessary. Our aim is to ensure you feel at home, without any unwanted intrusion, during your stay away from home.
