High up in the boulders, you can see the mountains of Joshua Tree and view the entire desert valley. Stargazing is spectacular once the night falls. The home is a few minutes from downtown Yucca Valley where shopping and restaurants are available, just 20 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park, and a short 40 minute drive to Palm Springs. ABOUT THE HOUSE
This beautiful home is on an acre, and was fully remodeled in 2024 and designed as a vacation home. Each bedroom has its own private entrance. You can watch the sunrise in the morning and the starry skies at night. You will enjoy comfortable luxury linens, dimmers on the lights, 3 stunning outdoor sitting areas, a fully stocked kitchen full of professional cooking utensils and so much more. The house is situated on an incredible boulder mountain in the Western Hills of Yucca Valley. You will be mesmerized watching the sun rise in the east every morning and it is unmatched to anything you will have experienced before. Relax, unwind, grab a cup of Joshua Tree coffee and enjoy your stay in our beautiful home.

We’re in a nice neighborhood of Yucca Valley, and shops, retail, and restaurants are all nearby.

HOW TO GET AROUND
You will need a car, and ride shares and taxis are also available.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Paved Roads/Dirt Roads: No dirt roads
- Cell phone coverage: Yes cellphone coverage
- Fully fenced backyard
- Outdoor Surveillance: We have one security camera facing the driveway. None inside none in the back

- Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.

**** RULES *****
- Noise ordinance:
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed. Any noise related discrepancies will result in at least a $1000 fine.

- SMOKING POLICY
No smoking inside the house. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees

- Restricted Areas:
Any locked closet, space marked “owner”, or other is restricted. If forcibly entered or contents disturbed; you could be held liable for any damaged or unaccounted for item.

HOT TUB
- Hot Tub Use: We will keep the hot tub clean and balanced at all times.
- Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
- No alcohol in the hot tub, please.
- Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
- Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance
- The cover will be locked on the hot tub with 4 latches. A small black plastic key is located in an envelope in the Welcome Book.
