Located directly on the oceanfront just a few steps from Short Sands Beach in York, The Wright Place is a century-old seaside cottage that perfectly blends historic charm with modern comfort.
This inviting 5-bedroom, 4-bath home offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere ideal for romantic escapes, peaceful retreats, or classic family beach vacations.
Enjoy ocean views, cozy yet functional living spaces, and thoughtful updates throughout, along with a private hot tub for relaxing after a day at the beach. Close to shops, dining, and all that York has to offer,

Please note: Both full bathrooms in the home are currently undergoing major renovations. As part of this upgrade, we are also adding a brand-new full ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom, as well as a half-bath ensuite to another bedroom. Weâre excited to be enhancing the home with these upgrades, all of which will be fully completed by the end of April for an even more comfortable and modern stay.
