Guests will enjoy the private pool, proximity to Western Lake, and the convenience of being within biking distance of the beach.

First Floor – Relaxation and Entertaining
Step into a refined and peaceful interior highlighted by tongue and groove beamed ceilings, hardwood floors, and natural fiber rugs. The living area is furnished with two plush sofas and matching armchairs, perfect for unwinding with a movie or your favorite sporting event on the 65-inch smart TV. The gourmet kitchen invites family cooking sessions and is adjacent to a large dining table for eight and a dry bar. A walk-in laundry room with washer and dryer is located just off the kitchen. Enjoy the fresh air on the screened porch, which features a sitting area, fireplace, TV, and overhead fan. Outside, relax on comfortable shaded patio furniture or dine at the six-seat outdoor table. The private pool and sitting spa offer additional enjoyment.

Second Floor – Private Retreats
The second level hosts the primary bedroom with a king bed and two guest bedrooms with queen beds. Each bedroom features a private bathroom and a smart TV for added convenience. An office is located next to the primary bedroom, providing a quiet space to work or read.

Third Floor – Extra Living and Sleeping Space
The Third level living area offers an additional space for guests to hang out, furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, and a TV. Sleeping arrangements include a guest bedroom with two twin trundles and a twin Murphy bed in the living space, making it ideal for families or groups.

WaterColor Beach Club Access- Guests of 88 Vermillion Way enjoy exclusive access to the WaterColor Beach Club, which features a main pool and lounge area, a second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and a third pool with zero-entry. The club also offers enhanced dining at WaterColor Grill, a sunset bar, and Costa Chica, all with scenic views of the Gulf.

Exploring WaterColor-
Explore the area easily with six complimentary adult bikes. There are two beach access points available to guests: one at the WaterColor Beach Club and another located on Golden Circle, past the WaterColor Inn.
