Amazing…Again!

Cheryl’s place has become our home away from home. This is the second time we’ve stayed here. It’s all perfect- the linens, the decor, the set-up, the location, the cleanliness. We can’t wait to come back!

Five Stars!

We absolutely loved this rental! It was by far the best experience we have had renting a home for vacation. It was clean, well supplied, comfortable, and an absolutely great location with easy access to the beach. We saw dolphins, alligators, a variety of beautiful birds and one night we even saw an armadillo!

Fun and Memorable Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at 1602. The townhouse was clean and equipped with everything we needed to make it a relaxing, comfortable stay. It’s in a great location. We could stay busy or just sit quietly enjoying the wildlife in the cove. Thank you Cheryl. We’ll be Back Jim and Sara

Beautiful home, great location

Cheryl's home is absolutely wonderful. It is right by the South Marina - you can walk to anything! We were worried about noise from the marina, but it's so quiet and peaceful at Cheryl's place. She is very communicative and was super helpful with every question we had. Her home is SO well decorated, the beds are extremely comfortable. It was a joy staying there - we would do so again in a heartbeat!

Fabulous location! Great space for a small family!

My husband and I plus our 11 year old daughter just stayed here for a long weekend to visit family. The location was perfect. Lovely lagoon view from the patio. Plenty of space for a family of 3 with all the amenities you would need for your time in Hilton Head. Everything was updated and clean. We will be back!

Our new favorite place to stay in HH

We loved everything about this place, the townhouse was just as described (actually better). The location is perfect, the back porch was awesome (bird watching, fish jumping) bring binoculars! Walking to Salty Dog, South beach and down to see the sunset at night. We road bikes to Harbor Town, had breakfast, then sat on the waterfront with coffee. Cheryl was a very attentive host, couldn’t ask for more! Thanks so much: Teresa and David

Absolutely Perfect

We had the most amazing trip to Sea Pines. We have stayed all over the island, and this is hands down the best location and best home we have stayed in. Cheryl has thought of everything you could need to feel at home and has decorated her place with high-end, well designed, beautiful interior decor and furniture. The location is so close to the beach (which is more natural and secluded than any other one in sea pines) and the pool. It’s also a short walk to Salty Dog. We didn’t leave Sea Pines bc this literally is the perfect spot! We saw manatees off the back dock and loved having morning coffee looking over the cove. We saw dolphins daily at the beach. Book now!

Great property

The villa was exactly as advertised and was decorated very nicely. Great size for our family of 4. It was cool to see the wildlife in the lagoon out back- we saw a manatee and an alligator. Walk to beach was easy, and the beach cart made it even easier. The shade tent was invaluable. It was nice to be able to walk to the Salty Dog for a drink or meal. Would definitely stay here again. We didn't play tennis or go to the pool this time, but both amenities are very nearby as is the bike rental. The villa was well equipped with dishes and glassware as well. Cheryl was great to work with and gave very clear directions.

Perfection

This house is absolute perfection!! Perfectly clean, feels brand new! Clearly decorated by a professional interior designer, with cozy, homey decor! I would not change a thing!!! The back deck is very comfortable, with the ceiling fan to keep you cool and views that can't be beat. We walked to the beach each day using the unit's beach cart which made the walk so easy!! We walked to Salti Dog often (2 minute walk!). Sunsets, paddle boarding and fishing off the pier was a highlight as well as biking the paths of sea pines. House is well stocked and the homeowner is a joy to work with. This home is simply perfect

Great Family Vacation

We loved our time in Hilton Head! The location was perfect for biking to Harbour Town and a short stroll to dinner, shopping and music at The Salty Dog. The beach was a short walk away and so peaceful! We also enjoyed fishing off the dock in back plus watching all the wild life: herons, dolphin, fish etc.. plus a owl in the big tree out front. We'll be back!

Perfect location!

My son loved having the dock to go fish from. Salty Dog is our favorite so it’s nice to be able to walk or ride bikes there. The villa had so many beach chairs, toys etc to use. The villa was so cute! We loved staying there.
