Birkdale Village (3 miles): Just a 5-minute drive to the region’s premier open-air destination for upscale shopping, a 16-screen cinema, and fantastic dining like North Italia or Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar.

Lake Access (1 mile): We are less than 5 minutes from Blythe Landing Park, making it incredibly easy to launch a boat, go fishing, or enjoy a sunset picnic by the water.

Proximity to Towns: Explore the local vibes of Denver (4 miles) or take a quick 20-minute drive (14 miles) to reach Uptown Charlotte and the Airport. Cornelius and Davidson are also nearby and both worth a visit.

A Note on Nature’s Symphony (Autumn Guests): Our home is nestled under a gorgeous canopy of mature oak trees! If you’re visiting between September and November, you will likely hear acorns falling onto the metal garage roof and glass skylight. They can make quite a loud "pop" or "thump" sound, especially at night, so don't be alarmed! It’s completely normal, safe, and just part of the seasonal charm here in the woods. We also provide sound machines in the bedrooms to ensure you get a great night's sleep!
