- NOTE: The property requires 1 small step to access

- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located on the front of the home facing the driveway and camera 2 is located in the garage. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and audio when activated by motion

- NOTE: This property features an alarm system with 2 motion detectors and 3 door sensors inside the home. These devices do not have cameras and do not record video or sound. The alarm system will be turned off while guests are in residence

- NOTE: The outdoor fire pit is only available at certain times of year, due to Maricopa County air quality restrictions. No-burn days are usually May 1 to September 30

- NOTE: There is an optional pool heat fee of $60/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay). The pump heats the pool up to 82 degrees. The pool heat is not available in the winter (December & January)

- NOTE: The homeowner keeps a personal vehicle parked on the side of the property
