Daytona Beach Resort continues restoration and improvement projects following hurricane damage sustained in 2022. While many amenities have reopened, portions of the property remain under repair.



• Some exterior areas and common spaces may show signs of ongoing construction

• Seawall construction is ongoing and may create daytime noise, dust, and equipment activity

• Construction activity is particularly noticeable on the south side of the resort

• Work schedules and construction activity may change without notice

• The restaurant, tiki bar, parking garage, south pool, and kiddie pool remain closed

Our privately managed condo is clean, comfortable, and fully operational. Guests can continue to enjoy spectacular Atlantic views, direct beach access, and the resort's available amenities throughout their stay.
