• No parties or events: This is a quiet residential area. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
• Security cameras: Exterior cameras monitor the front entrance and driveway only for guest safety and property protection. No interior cameras.
• Weather & nature: Fog, rain, and changing mountain weather are normal and part of the experience. Views can vary by conditions.
