* Place trash in the bin daily to maintain cleanliness.
* Online purchases via USPS will not be delivered; use UPS, DHL, or
FedEx.
* While Windsor Cay amenities are under construction, guests have
access to Windsor Island's clubhouse. Resort registration is
required.

Good to know

* The pool heater uses a heat exchange system and may not function in
cold weather. No refunds will be provided if the desired
temperature is not reached.
* The BBQ rental is available for an additional cost for the duration
of your stay.
* Guests are responsible for managing their online deliveries, and
