You'll enjoy a dining area complete with a stylish bar, two comfortable living areas, and a large front deck – perfect for relaxing and soaking up the coastal vibes. -Downstairs bedroom: Queen-size bed

-Downstairs bedroom 2: 1 Queen-sized bed , 1 Full-sized bed

-Upstairs bedroom: 1 King-sized bed

-Upstairs bedroom: 1 bunk bed(full size)

-Living Room: Sleeper sofa



Guest Access:

You will have access to the whole house besides dedicated owner closet.

Other Things to Note:

**THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST COMPLETE SCREENING PROCESS AND ID VERIFICATION**



**Primary Renter must be 25 yrs or older and must be present for the entirety of your stay.**





-Parking is tight. There is room to park a maximum of 3 vehicles (including a golf cart) We do not have room for RVs, boats, or trailers.



-BUGS: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately,

because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately

and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.



Interaction with Guests:

We monitor messages daily 9am-6pm. Urgent after hour service is available as well.
