A beautiful one bedroom, one bathroom layout featuring a comfortable living area and kitchenette, nestled in the heart of Historic American Beach. This peaceful retreat is designed for adult guests seeking a quiet, relaxing stay. All guests must be 30 years of age or older, and the home is not suitable for children or infants.

Historic American Beach, founded by A.L. Lewis in 1935 with the vision of “A Place for Relaxation Without Humiliation,” welcomed all people during the era of segregation. As you explore the surrounding area, you'll find historical markers throughout American Beach, including Evans' Rendezvous, where legends such as Ray Charles, James Brown, and Louis Armstrong once performed. Nearby, the Nana Dune system, the largest in Florida at approximately 60 feet tall, stands preserved thanks to the efforts of MaVynee Betsch, known as the “Beach Lady.”

The location is within walking distance to the beach, the A.L. Lewis Museum and Community Center, Pogo's Kitchen, and Circle K, with a short drive to the Omni, The Ritz, and downtown Fernandina Beach.
