Boardwalk by the Sea: rare 4 bedroom with dual king suites, private balconies

Welcome to the Boardwalk by the Sea. This rare 4-bedroom condo is spacious enough to house you and nine of your favorite people at the popular Boardwalk Resort.

Step inside the Boardwalk by the Sea and you'll never want to leave. With a spacious living area, there's room for relaxing and enjoying the stunning view from the floor to ceiling windows/sliding door. Comfy seating faces a smart TV, and a well-equipped kitchen offers all appliances large and small for meals and snacks. The private balcony offers seating and views of the beach as far as the eye can see.

Boardwalk by the Sea sleeps 10 in four bedrooms, including two master suites. Each overlooks the water and includes a king bed, ceiling fan, smart TV and ensuite bathroom with a garden tub and walk in shower, double vanity area, and spacious closet. In the third bedroom, you'll find a queen bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, clothing storage, and access to the second bathroom that features a tub/shower combo. And the 4th bedroom features a twin over full bunk, smart TV, ceiling fan, plus we also have a rollaway bed to round out sleeping for 10.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to provide the host a credit card on which a $300 damage deposit hold will be placed prior to arrival and then released after his/her uneventful stay. No smoking, pets, or parties allowed. Parking passes are $50 each (limit of 4) and wristbands are $6 each and must be purchased by the guest directly from the resort before arrival (a link will be provided just before your stay).

Off the Resort, Panama City Beach is a traveler's dream with so many activities and amazing restaurants, you'll be planning your return before you even leave. Check out Pier Park--a unique open-air shopping and dining complex with Margaritaville, a huge Sky-Wheel and many more restaurants and shops. Shell Island and St Andrews State Park are some of the most picturesque beaches and calm waters you'll find in the US. Spend a day at the Park or rent a pontoon to see both from the water. Boating and dolphin tours are abundant--be sure to check out the Sea Screamer. And there are a multitude of putt-putt and go-kart locations as well as attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and Wonderworks.
