Very nice, clean, duplex home in a safe neighborhood. The large living area was perfect for our group of four. The large quantity of breakfast items provided was a pleasant surprise!

We had a girls trip. The house was in a great location for the outings we had planned. The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we could need. It was so nice to have some breakfast items provided. They have everything labeled so items are easy to find. The host was very friendly when we met him. Great stay!!

Worked out very well for our family of 8. Big dining room table and roomy kitchen was great. The breakfast offerings made things so easy with the kids each morning and was much appreciated. Hosts were right next door and very helpful.

This property was a great choice. The owner has put a lot of effort into making it a comfortable home away from home. The house was extremely clean and well kept. An added bonus was the free breakfast. The house was conveniently located to the Meijer Gardens and downtown Grand Rapids. We would definitely recommend this property to our friends!

We had a wonderful stay. You will not find kinder or more accommodating hosts in the VRBO system than Dongo and Lisa. Included with the stay was a very wide variety of breakfast foods, truly a bed and breakfast location. In addition, the pantry was well stocked with everyday spices and condiments making it easy to prepare meals onsite. For us, the layout was perfect with the master being on the main level and two additional bedrooms on the lower level. There is a chair lift on the stairs and handicap ramps available if you need them. We hope to return to this location if we find ourselves again in Grand Rapids.

This place is amazing! The host met us at the door and gave us first hand instructions for the property. We got a huge surprise when we got inside and found a fridge full of breakfast items. Amazing. I highly recommend this home for anyone that wants to be close to the Grand Rapids area but still be in a quiet subdivision.

While it is nice that there is a Chair Stair Lift, it does make the stairs very awkward to carry luggage up and down. The hosts were overly nice about accessible ramps. There was a problem with the AC the first night but it was fixed the next day. Breakfast items were abundant—everything you could want. The dishwasher was broken but everything was very comfortable and clean. It was a great location for the Meier Gardens and restaurants.

Dixie was a great guest. They followed the rules we welcome them back again. Yes, chair lift does take away from the space of the stairs, but it allows access for people with mobility issues. Life is about making room for others!

The host really went the extra mile with things like breakfast and ensuring each bathroom had hygiene products including feminine hygiene. The house was an older house but very very clean and well kept. Lots of little touches to make you feel welcome!

The house was centrally located - grocery stores and restaurants are within 5 mins drive; an easy 25 minute drive to DeVos - we were in town for a conference. The owner of the house, Dongo and his wife, are very warm, friendly, and accommodating! Questions were answered very quickly before arrival and they came over right away when we needed something. The house was well equipped, from soap, shampoo, towels..., but our group especially loved the bonus of pantry and fridge being stocked with breakfast food items: milk, juice, cereals, oatmeal, fresh fruits, coffee & tea, bagels, cream cheese and many more. The house is clean, there is enough room for 8 adults and includes 2 full bathrooms. The neighborhood is quiet and we noticed there is a nice outdoor fire pit to gather; our group did not have a chance to enjoy it due to our tight schedule. but maybe next time... Will definitely stay there again!!

Our family was in Grand Rapids for a Friday night wedding and I found this little gem and decided to make it a weekend getaway. What a great VRBO! The house is very clean, cozy and accommodating. The bedrooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. There are two bathrooms and they even have a few extra toiletries in case you have forgotten them.There were extra perks like a fire pit in the back yard and a patio table on the deck that seats six. There is plenty of seating in the living room and dining room and even a little piano/keyboard if anyone plays. When they say breakfast is included, they really mean it. Our wonderful hosts had so much available for us! We had everything we needed to make pancakes. There were eggs, muffins, bagels and cream cheese, yogurt, milk, OJ, coffee, oatmeal, cereal and a big fruit bowl. No going away hungry here!The VRBO is situated in a cute neighborhood off 28th Street that is close to just about anywhere you want to visit in Grand Rapids or nearby cities. I would definitely book here again if and when we visit Grand Rapids. What a wonderful Mother's Day weekend and such gracious hosts! Thank you so much Dongo and Lisa!

We enjoyed our stay! House was perfect for our group of 7. Dongo greeted us when we got there and was super friendly! The breakfast items included were great, and very appreciative. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Bed were comfortable. We would for sure stay here again if in the area!

The home is a duplex, the owners live on the other side. It was cleaned very well with fresh linens and an abundant amount of towels in both bathrooms. The carpet is stained and bathrooms have some dings and staining, but it is CLEAN. The owners provided "continental breakfast" items, that were greatly appreciated. Plenty of cooking pans and utensils. Location was great for our stay. It is close to local sights, and highways. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The driveway is tight and street parking is not guaranteed. But that was mentioned in the listing. We would stay here again if the need arises!
