Spacious 4-Bedroom Beach House with Private Beach Access
Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 4-bedroom house in East Lyme, 1/2 a block from one of two private beaches. Giants Neck Beach is a private beach community, family oriented neighborhood within a safe community. The two private beaches offer different experiences, one has a raft to swim to and other has a shallow swimming/wading area with an enormous sandbar.
It's a beautiful area, besides the beaches, the association has a playscape, basketball/pickle ball court, club house, bingo, movie nights for kids, ice cream parties, tennis and swimming lessons. Bike riding and walking is fun since the roads are flat and nearby Rocky Neck State Park. Close by there is a children's museum, miniature golf, and athletic park.
We are in Long Island Sound near Waterford and New London. The town of Niantic hosts many restaurants and shopping. The town also has a one mile board walk, delicious bakery and ice cream shop. About 20 minutes away is historic Mystic and Stonnington, excellent places to tour, shop and eat. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.
