Plage moderne très belle villa. Quartier calme avec piscine privée et très grand jardin bien entretenu.
Restaurant et boutique à distance de marche.

La villa est située dans le sud de Minorque à Binibeca Nou, à seulement 300 m de la belle plage de sable de Binibequer et peut être atteinte en 3 minutes à pied. Villa récemment rénovée, orientée sud-ouest avec vue mer, trois chambres pour six personnes chacune avec air conditionné froid / chaud, cuisine entièrement équipée et buanderie attenante avec lave-linge, toutes les fenetres avec moustiquaires ,une salle de bains / salle d'eau et une salle de douche chacune avec lavabo et toilettes , toutes les chambres sur un seul étage, WiFi gratuit, TV satellite et DVD, très grand jardin et terrasses fantastiques avec une piscine privée de 52m2.

1ère chambre avec lit double et matelas neuf
2ème chambre avec deux lits simples et de nouveaux matelas pouvant être rapprochés
3ème chambre avec deux lits simples et matelas neufs
Cuisine: Cuisine très moderne, neuve et entièrement équipée avec lave-vaisselle, machine à café / Nespresso
Salle de bains:
1. Salle de bain avec petite baignoire et douche, toilettes et double lavabo
2. Salle de douche avec WC et lavabo

Nous avons une licence officielle de l'autorité espagnole pour les locations de vacances avec le numéro de licence ET3164ME.

Du 1er mai au 31 octobre, nous louons une semaine ou plusieurs semaines entières avec le samedi comme jour d'arrivée ou de départ.

Une fois la réservation effectuée, vous recevrez le contrat de location que vous devrez nous renvoyer, scanné ou photographié, signé.

Activités: En cinq minutes à pied, vous pouvez rejoindre une école de plongée et louer des canoës. En 7 minutes en voiture, il y a un grand parc aquatique (Splash Sur Menorca).

Restaurants: Plusieurs restaurants et bars se trouvent à moins de 10 minutes à pied à Torret et Binibeca Vell, Pueblo Pescadores.

Shopping: Divers magasins à 3 - 10 minutes à pied et le supermarché Sa Botiga de S'Uestra à 7 minutes en voiture.

Discothèque: Cova d'en Xoroi à Calan Porter (Dragon's Cave) en 20 minutes en voiture.

A delightful property with a lovely garden and gorgeous swimming pool that was much larger than I expected. Very comfortable rooms and effective air conditioning. Spacious shower. The bath was a little small, but this wasn’t a problem. The location of the property is fantastic: it was even closer to a superb beach than I expected, and a short walking distance from a group of good restaurants and a very well stocked shop. We really enjoyed our stay and Ayhan was very easy to reach to ask questions when we needed. Really great place!

Great location with Beach, Restaurants and Supermarkets within walking distance. The Villa has fantastic views of the coast line and has the added benefit of a fantastic pool and outside area. The Villa is very well equipped with all the requirements that are enjoyed at home from cooking to dishwasher etc.The Villa has many attractions that are within walking distance but if you want to explore further then a hire car is a good option.Contact with the host prior to and during our stay was very responsive, friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to recommend the Villa and additionally we will definitely use Vrbo for any future trips.A great stay in fantastic accommodation with excellent facilities.

A lovely house with everything you need. Lovely pool which we made lots of use of and great views of the sea. House was clean and host let us drop our bags early at the property while we waited for it to be cleaned. Host replied to messages quickly. Walk to beach is down some pretty rough steps so take care. Area was lovely and quiet. We had 2 kids with us, a 9 year old and a 14 year old and hired a car 2 days into the holiday so we could get to a bigger supermarket and do a day trip to Mahon. We also travelled along the coast and went snorkeling in a cove. Binibeca vell is lovely and worth a visit but we did need the car as it would be too far to walk in the heat.

Overall very happy and would recommend. We were a party of 2 couples and had a great 2 weeks. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The pool area was excellent, umbrellas with easily moveable bases were super!Temp was very hot all of our stay so air con at night was appreciated and also cooler areas within the villa.Host was very quick to respond on minor issues.Only slight gripe would be the villa is advertised as having Satellite tv and WiFi. There were no English channels available and the WiFi speed was often very low. Just a shame as we would have liked to watch the World Cup!One suggestion would be to have a bird scarer near the pool, we had a lot of pigeons using the pool and leaving messages on the lovely tiles

Beautiful holiday villa in a perfect location

The villa was excellent, newly decorated, furnished and equipped to a very high standard with a lovely outdoor eating area. The pool was great, a nice size and well maintained. Above all is the excellent location just minutes from the beach and restaurants and with a lovely sea view. All requirements for a wonderfully relaxing holiday!

The property is very well equipped and in a prime location. The mid stay cleaning was very welcome and efficiently carried out. In the high winds this week one of the brollys up by the pool was blown over and damaged.

Beautiful house in wonderful location

We loved this house! The pictures don't do it justice. Beautiful house in a quiet area with amazing beach access. The pool is perfect for hot afternoons. Everything is nearby, a few restaurants and stores. Loved it and would come back again.

Review of Biniperla

We were delighted with the property. It is a very clean, well kept and comfortable house and the garden is lovely. The swimming pool is also in good condition. It is ideally located 10 minutes walk from the beach. There are restaurants and a small supermarket within walking distance. Having a car meant that we could explore the island at ease. We would certainly love to return.

Wonderful stay!

our family of 6 absolutely loved our stay. The lovely villa is in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood, short walking distance to the beach as well as to Cala Torret for several delicious restaurants and to Binibeca Vell for more restaurants and shopping. The pool was fabulous, great temperature and so nice to be able to use when coming back from a day at the beach or out and about. Air conditioning worked great in the bedrooms during the evenings and house stayed fairly cool during the daytime. Plenty of storage/drawers in bedrooms and hangers for clothes. Lovely outdoor areas for dining, kitchen was well stocked. Host was very responsive to all my questions both ahead of the trip and while we were there. Definitely considering a return trip, thank you!

Please be aware that this property is not fully air conditioned. The bedrooms have AC but the public rooms do not . Overall the property is in need of maintenance, tiles are broken in and around the pool and the pool area is dirty tired concrete flooring .The bedrooms are poorly furnished and bath rooms are dated For a property that is for 6 people , the lounge area only has enough seating for 5 !!!The location is good , but that’s about it . Over priced and under whelming . We won’t be back .

Dear guest Thank you very much for your evaluation. Aircon: In each bedroom is an aircon and each equipment is for about 50m2. Normaly the guests stay outside in summer and not inside the house. If they would of course they can do it because the equipments are for more than 150m2. It is enough aircon for the hole house. About the aircon in the house it is written in the explanations of the house on the webside. Bathroom: They are 2 bathrooms refurbished in 2021 and the pictures are also in the explanations of the house on the webside. Price: Renting a house in August means to pay the highest price of the season in the southern part of Europe. If it is to spend less it would be possible in May, June, September or October. Regards

Villa was in an excellent location, 25 mins fromAirport but next to a beautiful beach which was clean and had clear shallow water. The walk down to the beach has a few steps so not for the less bodily abled. The walk into Calla Torret is 15 minutes with restaurants and a small supermarket. Very convenient. You can take the little train into Binibecer Vell and back but we had to drive down to Punta Prima to get on as it was full by the time it got to our local stop. Large supermarket called Eroski only a 12 min drive away. The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms but not in communal areas but this was fine. Full stocked kitchen with everything you might need which was great. Coal bbq which was used lots for dinners. Communication with owners was via Vrbo messaging only but the response was very quick so no worries and everything we needed sorting out was done immediately which was appreciated.All in all an excellent stay.

A wonderful villa in a wonderful location

The villa itself is modern and clean with bright living areas, cosy bedrooms and an up-to-date kitchen. There's plenty of outdoor space and the rear terrace offers some lovely views down the hill toward the sea. The towels and bed linen were changed weekly by cleaners, the pool was also cleaned once a week, and some gardeners visited regularly to keep everything looking nice n' tidy outside. Our host was great, super helpful, and responded very quickly to any questions we had. We visited in mid-May and really enjoyed the tranquility. The road outside was quiet, as was the area immediately surrounding the villa. There is a public pathway that runs down the hill directly next to the villa (you can see it in one of the photos) so don't be surprised to occasionally see people passing by. Binibeca Nou is a beautiful little town with a clutch of excellent seafront restaurants, a bakery, and a supermarket. The beach is gorgeous and there's a picturesque picnic area in the woods behind it. Binibeca Nou sits on the famous Cami de Cavalls trail so it's well worth taking a long hike in either direction along the coast and discovering all the amazing coves and beaches. We loved our stay at Villa Bini Perla. It was the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.
